Howard Johnson by Wyndham Harrisonburg

We stayed at this Howard Johnson hotel and had a great experience. It is very clean, quiet, and super easy to get to, plus it is close to a ton of great restaurants and handy amenities. The room was very clean and well-kept, making it easy to get a peaceful night's sleep. The staff is also super nice and helpful, always greeting you with a great attitude. On top of that, the breakfast has a decent variety of good options to get your day started. Between the convenient location, awesome hospitality, and nearby food, I highly recommend staying here

Nice facilities.

Seems a little rundown. Lots of people milling around and a lot of road construction happening nearby. Shopping and restaurants very close. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Good for a night or two while passing through.

It is in a very busy location, hard to reach right now, due to construction. Small but adequate choices for breakfast. Pets are currently $16.00 nonrefundable per night. Room clean but no shampoos. Didn't ask either.

Nice continental breakfast met nourishment needs to begin my day I didn’t find a hair dryer, I stood in front of the laundry vent that was eye level to me, for a few minutes til my hair was dried. Other than that,every thing was super.

Simple travel motel, but clean, quiet and updated.

this should NOT be listed as a hotel or motel - it is a homeless shelter - request for refund was left unanswered. SHAME! As a traveller i did not expect to be booked into what is clearly a homeless shelter with full time residents. We were placed next to someone who was clearly VERY high on drugs. I preregistered with BOOKING.COM and when i arrived took one look in the room and my neighbors and immediately left to another hotel in the area. also booked on BOOKING.COM

This is an old beat-up broken down motel, but it is as clean as can be, the water is hot, the air conditioner works and the staff is very nice and helpful. If you are ok sacrificing overall quality for the basics at a good price - this is the place.

Honestly no there was not

The king bed is very comfortable and has a very comfortable topper. There is a microwave and fridge, no coffee maker in the room which is one of the few hotels ive ever been at without a coffee maker in the room. The hotel staff are very nice. They will go out of there way to help you. They was all very nice. they should really offers waffles since most of the wyndham locations do and the photo even shows a waffle maker. Breakfast is very boring. It needs improved. But with that being said the property is very clean. I would reccomend it if you need a place to rest. The rooms are very quiet and sound proofed. You dont hear any traffic which is very surprising. Really the only complaint is the breakfast and no coffee maker or coffee in the common room as advertised. They only have free water. Laundry room is pretty cool too, they have an AC that keeps it very cool so you dont have to sweat on the hot days. This was something that ive never seen at the other hotels around town. There are deffinetly a lot of bonus but if your looking for breakfast its lacking! Nice location. Taco bell, waffle house within 1 minute
