The breakfast, the eggs were too salty. The potatoes were soft and mushy. I had cereal and whole milk and orange juice. After trying the eggs. The rooms are small. The paint is peeling and it has the feeling of being an old building.

One elevator was broken and the other one I got stuck in for over 30 minutes. If I had not had my phone with me, I don’t know if I would’ve ever gotten out of the elevator all night. They did not give me proper compensation either, and the general manager was rude.

When I first arrived I was given a room that was already occupied. I found it difficult to connect to the internet

The breakfast was great .The kitchen staff was awesome. The hotel was outdated, it didn't stand up to your standard. It was a 3 star hotel.

Courteous, helpful and polite staff, room was clean and adequately maintained. No exhaust fan in bathroom, which can make room humid. Elevator was temporarily out of service. Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety of choices. Very quick and easy to check in and out.

Pool closed in June, elevator in June was down to one, our A/C was busted, moved rooms. Not your usual Hampton Inn. Not returning.

Cleanliness, quiet. One of the elevators not working, the pool was closed due to not cleaning. Front staff argue with me upon check-in and check out.

In addition, the shower/tub didn’t have warm water, it was either cold or hot but once you tried to make the water warm, it would default to hot water If your ever find yourself needing a hotel and the others are sold out, sleep in your car
