Courtyard by Marriott Harrisonburg

Very nice hotel from the lobby, the staff, the bar and the room. Updated and clean.

My stay was wonderful! It was extremely clean and comfortable! This is always one of the primary chains I stay at and they never disappoint. The front desk agent was extremely nice and welcoming. My room was sooo comfortable! The bed and the love seat in my room was like a cloud! The walk in shower was impressive! The water pressure was wonderful, plenty of hot water, towels were super soft, and the bathroom was super spacious. I didn’t eat at the bistro- I just wanted to get back on the road ( but marriotts bistros are always great). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was a nice room, it was clean and useful.

Average hotel stay. Property and room was generally clean and nice but there were a few damaged items in the room. The air conditioning was not working great and there was hair on our fresh towels.

Awesome views from the hotel on the top of the hill viewing the mountains!

Loved our stay there, the room size is amazing with comfortable chair and balcony. Patio is inviting and the location is close to local shops and restaurants. Elvia kept her graces when the system went down and was quick to accommodate our check in needs.

We loved the bed and pillows, the staff were excellent, but we thought we could get coffee in the morning and there wasn’t any in the lobby and the “Bistro” was empty.

Nice location. Check in was very easy and the staff is friendly.

The room was outdated. The shower showed mold, the toilet seat had stains/ scratches. There were stains near sink area. The desk line on the phone did not work and the pull out couch was uncomfortable. I expected more from Marriott. I will not returning to this location.

Overall the hotel was nice. My bathroom shower handle came off in my hand when I went to turn it on and the grout was discolored, not pretty at all.

On website gave impression there was a small resturant and bar. I wouldn’t consider it either. The staff was great and lots of places to eat outside of hotel.

The entire floor smelled like cigarettes and made us sick. The bathroom floors were sticky. The room door was broken and wouldn’t shut. Bad experience!
