Efficient friendly check in. Well designed room with good amenities. Good coffee and breakfast. Clean room and lobby. Carpets in halls and room needed vacuuming.

Well located just off the highway and surrounded by a variety of restaurants Traveling with kids so the pool is a nice touch

Hotel was convenient to Shenandoah Valley hiking.

Very clean and comfortable room I booked through booking.com and the room was to be paid when I got there instead desk staff took it upon themselves to charge the morning before our stay and also upon arrival I was then charged another 50.00 fee that was not disclosed. Our room was hot when we got to it and the ac thermostat was frozen we called desk they never bothered to send anyone up to look at it thankfully it finally started working as several family members have asthma and copd and can’t be in the heat .the breakfast items were cold and not fresh. While exiting our room this morning the nasty girl at the front desk called at 11:02 to see why we were not out yet. The hotel needs new staffing for sure very nasty lazy women not up to par with service at other holiday inn express locations!

Property was well maintained and clean. Staff very engaging and helpful. Great atmosphere to rest. Room was clean and accessible for my husband who used a rollator walker.

the same as always. from the moment you walk to day you leave it is hard to leave. the staff (house keeping to people who takes care of breakfast) they treat you with respect and kindness.

This hotel we have been coming to since 2022. Each July we drive up to Pa for family reunions. The people who work here are the best and always have been fortunate to get a room that is quite and clean. The people at check in always make you feel at ease and treat you as family. The breakfast is outstanding and area is kept clean.

Staff was good except I was charged for my room before I even checked in ,I was not happy about that.because I wanted to put it on another card.that never happened to me, When I asked her to fix this she said she could not, to wait till I checked out.no problem. To me that is a big problem.like why was I charged before I got there I arrived around 2 fourty five so there was absolutely no reason to be charged. I love they have a wonderful breakfast and their coffee is the best. I ate at anot known restaurant, that had a bar close to hotel I can’t remember the name,of it but the food was awesome.
