Staff were friendly. Good location and parking. Room was clean Hotel decor is dated and cracked in places. Had a superior Room which was next to a cleaning cupboard so we were woken at ten past eight each morning. Only one double socket in bedroom, no fridge and dated decor.

Good location, lovely breakfast. To many dogs in the hotel, was woken at 7.20 am by barking. Waiting for 2nd lift because 1st had dog in, 2nd lift stopped and another dog got in.

Location . Friendly reception staff. Lovely old building. Good value for money . Good breakfast Some parts of building requiring repair ( eg ceiling in breakfast room in one part) but understand it is a large old building and will always need some attention. My main problem was that some of the staff waiting on tables at breakfast smelled strongly of sweat / body odour. This could be remedied by just using deodorant , but it was quite off putting during breakfast .

Nice double room with ensuite bathroom, good shower, water hot. Room clean and we'll equipped. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Staff polite at check in but not very engaging with guests. All in all, very nice stay, excellent value and free parking! Reception staff could be a little more engaging with guests.

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walk of the town and has plenty of on site parking. The staff were lovely, very helpful and the breakfast was delicious The hotel is old and the room decor and furniture is very dated in comparison to other hotels I've stayed in in Harrogate. No robes or slippers in the room. It was a little dusty too but clean otherwise.
