Great location and a nice view. Comfortable, massive bed! Air conditioning was a hit. Lovely helpful staff and an excellent breakfast, top quality. Hot chocolate and a bottle of water in the room. Bathroom had both bath and shower and a full selection of toiletries. Parking on site Bathroom a little basic and toiletries didn’t smell very nice. Noise from other rooms could be heard at times. Lifts a little unreliable. Bathroom not 100% clean.

Very comfortable bed. Tea and Coffee complimentary. Fresh water in Fridge. The reception staff were very efficient. The breakfast gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I even asked for porridge and was brought this by Philomena each morning to my breakfast table. Overall lovely kind helpful staff. I can't think of anything worth mentioning.

Being closer to the ground floor. Tree TV didn’t work properly and was buffering all the time so co tangly interrupting the programme. Stains on carpet Breakfast there were stains in mugs and windows you couldn’t see out of as dirty.

Pillows too small…needs an upgrade… not many people have a bath and most prefer a decent shower, just get up to speed. Also, the soap/shower products in large immovable containers is a bit Travelodge’ish. Not for me, I like to handle the product, without stealing it Generally ok but busy breakfast buffet needs more prompt action to replace empty items…. Sometimes no eggs or bacon or beans or sausage…not as good as it was
