The location TV Did not work but after I was bored of it not working mended promptly

Only one thing spoilt an otherwise great 2 night stay the size of the bathroom. Smallest bathroom ever less than 1m wide could not get past the wash basin without opening the door and had to walk backwards into the shower. I am not massively overweight just tall and of a stocky build so I struggled in the confined space. Might have been an issue if we had stayed longer than 2 nights. Shame because otherwise it was fine.

Older building so some creaking stairs when other residents came in (they were quiet). Good location, safe, peaceful and quiet overall. Comfortable bed and everything worked.

I really enjoyed the location and comfort of the space. Really lovely place. Unfortunately the check in process is more difficult than needed, I also wasn’t provided clear instructions or a code for the door so when I went out later I was unable to get back in to the property. Setting up the phone number on WhatsApp would solve most of those issues for travellers.

Fantastic location, close to town centre and yet small car park. Walking distance to buzzy bars and eating places on Kings Road. Very efficient check in with Kim. Lovely bay windowed ground floor room, spacious and nicely furnished. Bathroom fine, shower exceptionally powerful. Bed huge and comfortable with plentiful pillows. Mini fridge in room. Would stay again if in Harrogate. Just because I’m not used to it I found the traffic noise quite intrusive but the rooms at the back are probably quieter. I’m sure this wouldn’t bother most people. Will bring ear plugs next time!

The host was very attentive & friendly. We got an upgrade & the room was gorgeous, 4 poster bed which was so comfy & a fantastic deep copper bath, very luxurious. Also free parking. Location very central, just a 10 minute walk into town. Definitely staying here again. No dislikes

Comfy bed, great shower, nice furniture and clean Paying to park on hotel grounds, the shelf above sink restricts shaving and teeth brushing, every sound heard from nearby room from children and adults
