Everything! Spotlessly clean and lovely landlady in perfect location for the conference centre and centre of Harrogate

Really lovely room. I was fairly impressed, how modern it looked. The bathroom was gorgeous. Good shower. Often find poor showers in hotels, but this one was great. The bed was comfy. Good value for price. I was a bit cold at night. Plus I think charging additionally for parking is a bit of a rip off for a hotel. Not even posh hotels like Rudding charge for parking.

We didn't book for breakfast as we thought this was expensive and the car park was small although we did manage to get the last space available.

Ideal location 10-15 minutes walk to shops, train & bus station. Friendly host. Quirky decor in room Rainfall shower. Comfortable bed. Very quiet and slept well No bedside tables just blocks of wood Temperamental TV No hairdryer in room Lot of stairs to climb to get to room Kettle needed de-scaling
