The Harrogate Inn - The Inn Collection Group

The location was excellent, the bar area and food were amazing I had booked the executive suite as we had just got married and decided to come to Harrogate,I thought something was wrong wen we booked in ,I had ordered a bottle of champagne to the room and the guy said he had to see his manager ,what I didn't realise was the room we were supose to get had issues so the had swapped us to another room ,which was a big room but the bathroom was for disabled people and not very nice ,however it wasn't until I was looking around the bathroom and were the ceiling vent was it was absolutely covered in grime and thick all over the ceiling,I wish we had took pics but the day after we swapped rooms

Having elderly dog the lift. Comfortable & Clean. Staff polite and efficient. Menu. I have been now to 3 Inn collection hotels. Blyth Northumberland. Was the best. With a Juice machine. You ordered your hot food for breakfast. Little waste and not look warm food. Evening menu. They’re all the same boring pub food. Need more healthy options.

It's central the bar is lovely and has a good atmosphere. Stayed here more then once and always enjoy it.breafast is ample and staff pleasent. Could do with xtra Car park spaces especially peak times.

The building was lovely, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was great, the room was basic but very comfortable and a great location. The room felt a bit grey and lacked colour.

Stunning place. Helpful staff. Bar prices too high. Charging £10 for a freeforall car parking space was classless and unnecessary. Get rid.

We rate our stay on the experience. We always stay in Inns. The property was exceptional- the room was perfect for us. As I said, our stay is the overall piece. The Breakfast was poor, either cold or over cooked-cremated(Black Pudding) the (Sausage )was of Secondary quantity. The (Tomatoes) were raw. It was tasty but not the to our standards. This feedback is based upon our own standards. This feedback would not preclude us staying again.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location good.bed and pillows very comfortable.hotel was good overall. Breakfast was pretty good but we’ve had better. Advertised as an executive suite but no way was it that.room was badly designed layout. Television was at a bad angle and a poor picture quality, crap terrestrial signal not satellite. No robes or slippers.net curtains could do with a wash.some light bulbs not working. For a four star hotel it’s not good enough.

the staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety. No negative comments

Great location for central Harrogate. Parking is private and costs £10. Room was large and comfortable. Bar downstairs is great. Vent outside of our hotel room window could be heard. Be aware the parking is very limited. The double bed is two twin beds zipped together so has an uncomfortable line down the middle.

Rooms were of a good size, bed was comfy , and it had all you needed for a short stay. Plenty of room in the bathroom. It was all very clean. The breakfast room was lovely, good choice of food, staff were very pleasant. Overall a very nice stay. We were a bit surprised we had to pay for parking while we stayed.
