Favorite hotel in Hattiesburg. Very strong ownership group who delivers exceptional product.

Great proximity to family, restaurants, and highways No options for food in house.

Everything is always so clean and esthetically pleasing. The staff is amazing

Our family booked this room as a 4 person room. There were 2 towels, 1 K Cup, no wash cloths, lotion dispenser was empty, Kleenex box had 2 tissues left, the TV was blue and unwatchable, one of the light fixtures strobed when turned on, the ice bucket hadn’t been emptied and had water in it, the lobby coffee was very poor and the coffee lids didn’t fit coffee cups. I recently stayed at the KC location and it was fantastic, but this location seemed to disappoint us at every turn.

Everything was very clean and right off of the main route. Right by the hospital and USM campus if needing to be close by. Staff was very friendly. Was a very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and clean room.

Booked handicapped accessible but was given a regular room then I had to go get it exchanged. Toilet paper holder is very loose on the wall. The hand soap said skin and hand balm. Didn’t feel like real soap. They need new vacuum cleaners as the room carpet had lots of leftover particulate matter. This used to be the premier hotel in Hattiesburg but it’s showing signs of neglect. Just my opinion

Room was clean staff friendly but TV didn't work with remote and whole stay never received hand towels 3 day's No towels have to shower with large towels tv remote didn't work even after being changed

Very nice property and the man that checked us in was great.

Location We were supposed to have two queen beds in each room and was stuck with a single king and folks had to sleep in the floor.

The beds were so comfortable! Room was clean and spacious. The front desk agent was so friendly and helpful!! We were so disappointed the hotel was under renovations. We were going to enjoy cocktails at the nice bar area downstairs, but it was under construction and closed. We were unaware of this at booking. It was disappointing to not be able to get breakfast either.

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. They are going through renovations so the hotel restaurant is closed.
