Deluxe Inn Hawthorne

The room was not as nice or clean as advertised. There was a used wet towel that wasn't with the hotel left inside the jetted tub. Another towel was placed under the A/C as if it has been leaking water? Floors were damaged and bedding had black dirt like stuff on it. We had to go to target and buy bedding just to be able to sleep. Baseboards and walls were stained as well. The outside looks new and clean so you'd expect the same for inside the rooms. Nope. Fortunately, I will not be staying here again.

Clean and great location

Had a great stay, my room was nice. Kinda scared the jacuzzi tub would be a problem but it worked beautifully and was clean. Only problem is when I checked out there was Noone at the front desk to give me my deposit, I waited and use the buzzer for like 15 minutes. Give them a pass cause its really early like 6am in the morning cause I had a early flight. Also strict on having company, I like to have different friends come over when I go out of town, they not going for that at this hotel lol. Parking is very tight too and you better get back early or have no parking spot. But over all i enjoyed my stay

Light bulb out over sink. Literally took 15 minutes to get water warm enough to take shower. Never could get TV to work. Off street parking nice feature but really tight.

First only a $20 cash deposit for incidentals, Clean room, comfortable stay, no problems whatsoever and I will be back when I’m in town for some fun!

I checked in yesterday me and my wife and I never had an experience like last night. Around 12:00am my wife woke me up someone was literally was trying to brake in at first I thought it was the AC but once I went to there door sure enough 2 individuas were getting ready to bust down the door how ever it just so happen I had my wife's firearm. Once they seen that I meant business the had a change of plan . Never again am I staying there.

The room was great, the staff were friendly, loved every part about my stay.

It was very clean organize very respectful manager. The rooms are nice and comfortable. It had a lot of parking places for your cars. The sidewalk was clean. The windows was clean. Doors was cleaned. It was very relaxing.

I stayed here for one night as I needed a place to stay close to the airport. The location is convenient but the room did not feel clean. The floor was not mopped and the mirrors were very dirty (there were still tooth paste marks all over it).

The location of the property. It's only a few blocks from shopping, eatery and a grocery store. They have a great selection of cable TV channels and some TV apps. Large mini fridge & working microwave. The Hispanic housekeeping ladies were nice and helpful. The room was humid despite the air conditioner being on. There were gnats flying around. The room smelled like mold due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom had to buy a plug in to neutralize the smell. Slept with the fan on & window open. Difficulty with getting my stroller up the 3 stairs, despite being on the 1st floor ( stairs on a slope & uneven).

There was some remodeling going on but no noise disturbances just some tools were in the walkway a bit unsafe but the staff was really nice.
