The staff at the front desk totally forgot about me and didn’t contact me and I waited for hours to get my room even though he said he would call me or text me until the shift changed and then someone stepped in and cared about me to get me a room… the original guy said he couldn’t be flexible because I booked through Expedia, but the second guy was able to be flexible. Very poor Customer Service with the first guy that tried to check me in and forgot about me…. also, there was no electricity in the room where the coffee maker was so I had to move it over to a different part of the room to make coffee… Also, there was no soap in the shower. They had run out so the person that cleans the room did not fill it properly. I travel a lot and these things I notice this hotel did not meet my expectations.

Bring cash to leave for the cleaners since they don’t have cash on site.

This is a great place to stay with your family. I have 4 kids and we were able to get a place with two queen beds and a sofa bed, so my family fits comfortably. The hot breakfast is always very nice.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff makes the check in process so easy.

We were a bit disappointed with this hotel this time around. We had stayed at this hotel before and had a better experience. This time, the phone in the room wasn’t working, so we had to go from the 5th floor to the reception to request clean towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash that were not replenished. We were told the phone was going to be fixed on day 2, but It only started working again on day 8th of our stay. Another instance of poor service was one time we had asked for clean towels before around 7:30pm and they were brought to us only after 9:30pm. The pool had so much chlorine to the point where you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool even wearing goggles. The air conditioner in our room would make weird noises when it was about to turn off. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

I really enjoyed our family stay. The location was very convenient, and we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!! Perfect location for our week stay in the Los Angeles area. Party of 5 perfect room.

Everything was perfect. It was clean, the staff was so helpful and nice. We had complementary breakfast.

Staff was not a problem, but once I got to the room it was not as clean as the pictures show. There was hair and boogers stuck to the blankets. The pull out couch has a yellow/ red stained mattress. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, smelled, dirty dishes, like I would just simple never ever stay here again. At arrival she asked for $100 down as a deposit, & said it would be refunded at the end of the visit. Then once I paid she asked how many cars I had and said okay you don’t get a deposit back each car is $25 a night. Weird to charge for parking and not have available slots through out the day. I had to park on the streets everyday.

Room had kitchenette but refrigerator kept shutting off due to a breaker issue. Phone was also not working.

Great experience

Room wasn't ready at well after check in time and the room needed sone TLC! We were given a late check out for free which was welcomed.

Nice staff, breakfast is western style. Room clean every two days.

Only had room service 2 times and my family and I stayed 7 days. When we checked in the shower was dirty upon arrival and housekeeping did not come and clean the shower until the following afternoon and they were on site when the problem was reported.

Clean, close to airport, pool and hot tub were great. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was awful, mattress was paper thin.
