This place need good and honest house keeping staff and friendly receptionist. The receptionist should have the customers check the room before committing them to the room. The only reason I will go there again is because it is closer to Hawthorne Islamic center. There was mold growing in bathrooms tubs. Mini split unit making noise all night. Bathroom tubs choked with hairs and gunk. No lotion in bathrooms. Unfriendly staff by the name of A. Always say no to everything.

Very spacious. No elevator, so if you have a big heavy luggage, I will recommend to reserve a first floor room.

Don't be fooled by the first appearance. This is obviously an older hotel, but it is very well kept. Room looked like it was recently remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood. No vagrants around like I read in reviews of so many other places. My only complaint was that there isn't an icemaker on the property. However, that wouldn't stop me from renting again. Loved my stay.

Super good hotel, staff was nice and was able to check in early. My stay was wonderful! Clean room and ac worked perfectly. Parking was great as well.

The place was not appealing, parking was horrible, they required an additional a credit card for a $100 hold, even though my stay was prepaid. There isn't an ice machine and no water was provided. ALSO there was a bug in the bath tub and only 2 towels was provided. No towels and absolutely no amenities

I like your facility because it is close to my family. I stay at Hawthorne Plaza because it is in walking distance from my sister's home. For three of days I was there, I had to get my keys reset and the coffee machine didn't work.I
