Rooms were very nice, very clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows could be a bit better but that’s just being very picky at that point lol, everything was great.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are great with a really comfortable bed. The bar has a nice vibe. Very quiet.

The shower has very low pressure shower took longer then normal due to low water supply

Stayed with family for 5 nights. Nice location with good parking access. Decent pool and nice hot tub. Overall, enjoyed the stay. Definitely would prefer again.

Had a great experience for a one night stay, room was clean and comfy to be in. Customer service was very helpful. Building can use some minor updates, but other than that we had a good experience.

front desk gave attitude, sheets dirty, asked the sheets to be changed did not make it known that we couldn’t and we had to wait for the next day even though it was emergency, asked a question made it seem like we were dumb for asking

A surprising stay. Clean and safe. Room is showing signs of wear and tear (ie pull out couch is stained and very worn). Overall good stay.

My stay at this very nice hotel was pleasant it was clean the only problem I would say would be parking and the snack area in lobby was not stocked properly and the pillows on my sofa we’re torn other than that it was a overall nice stay.

Location Unfortunately, the receptionist charged me twice by mistake.

Staff was great at check in then it went down hill from there. Had a 2 night stay they didn’t give me room service in between nights and refused to get me new towels and when I asked for an hour late check out they refused.

Our room is Very Dirty. We called Sericce Desk ask them for cleaning room no housekeeping never . We stay there for 2 nights Never being clean. We are very disappointed about SerSe

I completely enjoyed my stay it was wonderful

I showed up and requested a crib, even mentioned a child under 2 would be on my reservation. They said they would bring one up. I waited until after 1am and called down to which they informed me they could not access one. That should have been clear before telling me, and having my infant without anywhere to sleep. Also, the sheets and pullout sofa mattress was dirty with food on it. The bathroom was also dirty. No help from staff whatsoever. Also, paid for parking with nowhere to park. Extremely disappointed.
