It was nice and quiet got some good sleep

Flew in late around 10pm check in was easy I was charged a 100 security deposit but I received it back two days after my stay. It was a cheap option for the night bed was ok I didn't see any roaches the AC worked parking is secured in

So depressed wanted two queens and they were small. They were two full-size beds. There was mold in the shower. Rugs were super dirty and the so were the blankets had to ask for more blankets paid a lot of money and was super disappointed in Expedia and in this hotel.

We were told there was breakfast, but there wasn’t at this time. There was copy available. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever been too. First of all the location was good. The hotel was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, everything was just dirty. There was a bed outside with blood. Drug addicts everywhere inside and outside. But I guess I only paid 100 so you get what you pay for!

Well, first off we got there by reservation could not be pulled out for some reason I booked through Expedia and the manager was able to give me a room and went to the room. The room was already had two towels there’s four of us and we also wanted the room cleaned, we let one staff know she told us it would get cleaned it didn’t get cleaned also it looked like it was outdated

Location and initial price Room did not have air and the refrigerator didn’t work. The other room had roaches. The clerk was very rude to my grandson who is autistic, when he was asking for help.

They ask $90/ night and every things is old and the ac work like my tractors I don’t sleep at all

After these few observation and the obvious reaction to the chemicals, we have decided not to stay. Mind you this is just the first 20 minutes of the check in process. Not to mention online it stated Parking was free and I was charged $10 for it. Obviously, it's not about the money, I don't know exactly how I am being refunded in terms of incidental deposit and Parking deposit, etc., but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just for the leisure part of it and working in the hotel business for over 20 years. this is something that's just not acceptable. With a highly recommended site for hotels I would extremely advise someone from your team to investigate. Assess it. If the company wish to continue with this property.
