We are frequent travelers to Healdsburg, choose this hotel for its proximity to the downtown healdsburg. Most of our stays, we are two couples, thus, we book two rooms. As I mentioned, there is a track record of multiple stays at this property. This time, one of our rooms, #307 had a leaky A/C which was dripping on the carpet and splashing on the bed. In the morning, the carpet was soaked. Secondly, the room that has breakfast items had a broken refrigerator. The note on the fridge said it was broken since mid June. Our stay was in early August. Lastly, the hotel inconsistently charges a $5 parking fee. On some stays, we get charged and others, we do not. This fee is not disclosed anywhere but the clerk collects that fee, many times in cash. It would be nice if that information was clearly disclosed.

Nothing Awful hotel plus staff were cold, rude and not helpful at all. Hotel was ridiculous with 3 stories (we were stuck on 3rd floor) with no elevator or bellman to assist us. We are both 80 years old, plus I am battling plantar fasciitis and when asked for assistance were no one there to help. Coffee service in room was ridiculous with only 1 K cup each, and 1 sugar, 1 wash cloth each, chair in room was dirty. Worst hotel I have ever visited and we travel a lot. Travelodge NEVER again and I will be sharing our experience with others. Thanks for a terrible experience

Location The check in hotel clerk was extremely rude. I would hardly call that a breakfast. They also charge you to park your car. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The prices were reasonable and the breakfast was quite generous. Many amenities were offered: beautiful toiletries, coffee in-room, creative decorating details like multicolored lights around the wall and a lit-up mirror frame. Even though there was a policy on changing bed linens and towels only every three days (the length of our stay), the housekeeper took meticulous care of our rooms, making our beds, freshening up everything, and restocking our supplies when needed. She did give us new towels when they were obviously used by us. The only thing that caused great inconvenience was the lack of an elevator. Wouldn't you know it, we were assigned rooms on the third (top) floor, and we are seniors with mobility problems. I was afraid I was going to fall down the stairs dragging my suitcase up to my room. In checking out, I brought the contents of my suitcase down in small quantities. In the future, we will only be guests again if we are assigned rooms on the first floor.
