Hotel Trio Healdsburg

It was apparent that the property has taken a step bs k since the last visit. We received no housekeeping service due to “call outs” and the room had minor issues with it throughout. However, willing to go back since every other visit has been good.

Great location to all the wineries and close to downtown Healdsburg. Overall a good place to stay. My only issue was the cleanliness of my room. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t pristine either. Mold and dirty floors in the shower. Stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom, looks like water leak stains. I would probably stay here again but the housekeeping needs some attention.

This was a fabulous place to stay. The room was clean, we had a suite with a full-size fridge, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We used the shuttle to go down to the plaza often and had fires by the fire pit every night. Great amenities!

It was a welcoming, we amazing outdoor spaces, we had great conversations around the fire pits at night. The wine tastings were very informative and the wine some of the best in the area. The shuttle was exactly what was advertised to easy to use. And the path into town was shade and lined with art.

Loved the large swivel TV. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hearty.

Shuttle service and breakfast , kitchenette’s Price

This is my third time staying at the hotel trio and I probably will not be back. The rooms were not in the same condition I remembered. More importantly, all 16 washers were “broken” and remain so for the full five days I was there. The reason I chose that hotel is because I needed laundry services. I later found out that the washers worked just fine. It was their POS system which means the washers could’ve been used. They just wouldn’t have received the two dollar fee.

Great stay. Nice property and great area.

The breakfast hours were not long enough. I wish they would have had a hot tub or a bathroom with a hot tub.

Clean and friendly environment Needs more balcony rooms

The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked using the courtesy shuttle to the Plaza.

The hotel was well-located and perfect for our 11 night stay in Healdsburg. The buffet breakfast was hearty, the staff and amenities nice.

We enjoyed the proximity to the bike path and the coffee shop, Plank, right across the street. It was fun to use the hotel bikes to bike to town for dinner and breakfast.

Great room, and loved the outside firepit area that we took advantge of both nights

The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and an excellent breakfast. Location was great for access to many beautiful wineries in the immediate area.

All good, but would be better if the breakfast went until 10am.
