The Lodge at Healdsburg, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Oasis (pool, hottub and social area) were a pleasant surprise. Appreciated the hotels limo and ride into town plus dining recommendations.

The rooms are very good, the property not

A clean, cozy, and beautiful room with a balcony, fireplace, and large soaking tub. The property also features a pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi — everything you need to unwind and escape the daily routine. The staff was very friendly.

Liked high up firm king bed Clean room and bathroom. Newness Shower too small (next to soaking tub)

Everything was great! The staff at late check was available and already had me checked in which was nice, and I slept well.

The staff was okay . They were not rude, but they were not helpful either. They were just indifferent. The coffee maker in the room, had Styrofoam cups and reminded me of a motel six. This is definitely not the standards that I expect of a Hilton, especially for the price point. I Felt like I paid for a Hilton and I got a Holiday Inn

Staff was very accommodating and professional. Breakfast was not included but available for purchase. There was not a gym on site only an option to drive to a local gym for use. In the evening in the courtyard no lights were on so it was very dark. The sauna and steam room were hard to figure out. Directions were not posted. Overpriced.

Staff was amazing very helpful! The property was well maintained and beautiful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Exceptional

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly. However, being "senior citizens" when I asked about a bell man for our bags, we had not assistance at all. In the end, we discovered several carts to make carrying our carts easier. They were pointed out to us and we had to discover them accidentally. Food service was not that impressive. Our room was clean and neat and comfortable, though.

I loved the included amenities such as the sauna, spa, and pool access. We also loved the convenience of the beer, wine, and breakfast in the lobby Easy 5 min drive to everything Healdsburg has to offer Everything was great. Maybe that only coffee was included in the free breakfast?
