Room was very sparse. Accustomed to at least a few pics on the walls. This had nothing. The fridge was quite loud when it began to cool throughout the night. The website said nothing that the pool and hot tub were down. We would have found other accommodations had we known. Staff was friendly but made it clear there were signs posted around the hotel re: pool. Would have worked had we not booked ON LINE!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy, quick check-in. Lots of options for breakfast. Coffee usually available all day into evening. Convenient location - easy to get downtown, to other businesses, and to the airport, while not being in the center of all the activity.

Our room was very clean as it was last time we stayed here. The staff, especially Sarah and Lucas were very helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in our room and appreciated the small couch as we had a cousin visit with us. The parking lot is easy to access and there was adequate parking for everyone. We enjoyed the variety of food items for breakfast. We like the waffles, oatmeal, eggs, meat and potatoes. We appreciate the sugar-free and lite options, too. The staff member in the kitchen is always friendly and helpful.

The complementary breakfast every morning was very good! Lots of choices and some of the mean hot items were changed up each day. Everyone at the desk was very friendly and inviting. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

The front desk person was super friendly. Beds were comfy (I’m a bed snob), and breakfast was solid. Would definitely return. Thanks for a nice stay!

Breakfast had an incredible range of choices and everything I tried was well-prepared. I know it's never going to change, but I just don't like eating off of paper plates using plastic cutlery.

When I requested a a paper receipt, they refused to print one. They said they would send an email of the receipt. I have not received the receipt. They stated I booked through a 3rd party.
