Check in was different. I was asked how much I paid (I booked on line) so they could charge tax. Then the room was not ready yet it was still being cleaned and it was 4:30! At least after I paid the TAX I received the key but I had to be at a meeting so I left without getting luggage into the room or changing clothes I had worn all day driving there!

Parking and having a first floor room availability. Not enough pillows and towels when it was requested in advance.

Floor was disgusting. The room was very aged. I should have looked at the room first before paying.

I did not like how dirty the room was. There was cigarette holes in the sheets hair on the towels. Water did not get hot. Bathroom was dirty. The room was just not clean at all.
