Hampton Inn Hendersonville

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very well stocked very clean. The pet area was well maintained and easily accessible. The breakfast was well stocked and had two attendants to make sure things were cleaned up and well stocked. Breakfast was very good. All the staff was very friendly.

Location is always a good spot for us to stop. Breakfast was really good. The eggs!! Room was clean. One of the beds in our room made noise every time the occupant moved. Every single time thru the night! Ugh! The bathroom outlet plugs were loose or something. My hair straightener and the supplied dryer cords kept coming out while using the dryer and straightener. Annoying! We plugged our phones in to charge overnight and the charging unit on the nightstand did not work. Glad we noticed and that we had cords to plug in electrical outlets.

Simple stay but comfortable!

Rooms were very clean, I asked for new towels and trash to be taken out, if was fine within the hour!

Close to many wineries

Great stay at The Hampton Inn in Hendersonville! Wonderful staff and exceptionally clean hotel! We will be back for another visit!

Breakfast was below my expectations. Only a couple of hot choices, not prepared very well.

Everything was perfect

The bed was comfortable It was generally just a little old and shabby. The lighting inside the rooms was really dim. It was fine just not great.

The staff was friendly, especially the blonde lady at the front, forgot to get her name. Also, Ms. Kathy that was in charge of breakfast has the best personality. She takes pride in her breakfast making skills and is on top of having enough food to feed the crowds. I would definitely stay here again, felt very welcoming. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided in the room was also very helpful.

The salt water pool was different

The breakfast was wonderful, it had everthing you could ask for. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The indoor heated pool was not heated. I had to take my time getting in the water because I can't jump in like some others were doing. I reported it to staff but nothing got changed. The heated pool was the main reason I chose this hotel and even though everything else was great I will not choose this one again.
