Red Roof Inn Hendersonville

Room was filthy. Shower puff in shower from last renter, water bottles in fridge from last renter, bugs in light fixture, various stains on walls, yellow powder on nightstand, dried white foam on alarm clock, t.v. didnt work, breakfast was an open box of unwrapped tea bags, and a waffle maker-nothing else to eat or drink.

This Red Roof Inn is good. It’s quiet, a bit out of the way, but not too bad. The towels are a little sad, but they work. The room was clean and smelled clean. The beds are a little small but comfortable.

The breakfast was only a waffle machine. That was all. Not one other thing. The room had a couple of spiders running around. The furniture was a bit worn and old. The door handle to leave the room wasn't attached and fell off every time we attempted to leave the room. Made it difficult to get out with repeated attempts. Would have been horrible unsafe in an emergency. We alerted staff, but was only told "sorry".

It’s a good place to stay while passing through, I don’t think I would stay more than one night. The breakfast and coffee bar was very limited.

it was all okay. everything worked that needed to work. but it was just okay.

The staff was not very friendly. I got questioned when I asked for an extra towel : “why do you need another towel when there are 2 of you?” The towels were so thin we needed extra! Room looked clean on surface but had an odd smell like body odor. The toilet was wobbly and shower drain off and sitting on side of tub. The water was hot. Coffee was provided which tasted like old water and waffle mix was so watery when we made one it was a burnt thin mess. Overall the hotel was not well mantained. Used condoms in parking lot! Gross!

The lady that checked us in was a bit rude, asked several times if we had a pet. Even after we informed her we didn't

Bathroom door wouldnt close, it was hard to get room door open and breakfast was gone an 1hour before it should have ended. Staff was very nice when approched.

Our room was clean, and the property was clean. The hotel is no frills, but you get what you pay for. Our home was being renovated, and we need somewhere close by that was reasonably priced to stay for a couple of days. The hotel did charge a double deposit because we were “locals”. I was not happy about that, but it was refunded in a few days. The breakfast consisted of waffles only and lukewarm coffee. Fortunately it is located near many fast food restaurants, a Wal-mart, and a grocery store. Great location near the interstate. I would recommend for a night’s stay somewhere clean and cheap. The hotel staff was nice.

The room was clean and no carpets. The elevator and ice machine were broken.

I liked the fact that the hotel was clean. The staff tried to be helpful.

The continental breakfast was a joke. The drink machine didn’t work.

Clean, friendly staff, all-around great stay

The Room we booked was clean and no smells. The bathroom was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the other guests were loud coming to their rooms at night.
