Location. Run down, needs maintenance, old and obsolete… Toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor - had to turn it off.

The green areas It can improve facilities to study, desk and chairs

Very clean and comfortable bed, nice shower. Pleasant front dewk person the hotel was on a very busy street with both cars and trucks. Noise lasted late and started early. Bring earplugs! Breakfast was listed and we assumed it came with room. No, breakfast was an extra $13 each. I think this lack of clarity could have been the fault of Booking.com Also not the hotels fault but wayz told us it was several block down the street. We circled several times and also called the hotel but clerk didn't clarify. Finally found it but it was late, we were tired and it got things off on the wrong foot

Door would not stay closed without being locked. Easy downtown route to markets etc. Good pizza around the corner. Floor needed mopping.
-
Breakfast was very good
-
Our first room was a bit small with little character.
-
It was hard to get cool without opening the windows. Proximity to the main street made it loud, as well as other guests coming back from the pool. There was a box fan, but it took some getting used to. There was also some bugs.

Good. It,s good.

Location There is always working going on somewhere early in the morning

Hotel requires a major upgrade to every room , not worth the cost .

really nice place to stay in heredia, good looking property

The furniture was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Lots of ants. The walls were paper thin, we heard people 2 doors over. No reading lights or outlets near the beds. No access to the gym or information about the facilities. Can't walk to much there.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I had stayed at this hotel While my comments about my first visit stand regarding cleanliness, etc..., the 2nd room was much newer, bigger and more comfortable, with an added sofa and more floor space, more electrical outlets, all of which worked, and just felt much more comfortable. Plus, this time I only had a shower, which was much easier for me to access than a shower over bath, which presents problems for me as I am mobility impaired.

The room is basic, but exceedingly clean, and the staff thoroughly cleans it daily (clean sheets, towels, bathroom cleaned, fresh toiletries, and floors all washed. There is no a/c but it is not needed except for dehumidification purposes, as the room temp was perfectly comfortable with the provided box fan. The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. There was no comfortable chair in the room to sit and read - there was a table with a couple of hard chairs, which served the purpose,, but which didn't invite you to sit and be comfortable. They were strictly utilitarian.

location, landscaping, electric water heater for hot showers mattress was a bit stiff / lean. sink's hot water was shut.

Hotel felt like you were staying in the jungle with pretty plants everwhere. The staff was super friendly and they gave me an upgraded room at no extra cost.. Theres was nothing i didnt like!

It was a good place to land after a very long flight and was close to where I needed to be the next day. It was super clean. There were no bugs! The coffee maker was excellent. There was no shampoo. Toilet paper in the dispenser was stuck. Only one towel. I had to use the bathmat inside the shower because the tiles were so slippery when wet I could have fallen. Super dangerous. The bed was hard as a rock but the mattress was new. No mattress pad. The sheet was threadbare and had holes! No A/C . Windows had to be open and the mosquito netting wasn't secure all the way around the window frame. I could hear other guests talking, walls paper thin. I never saw any staff except the security guard.
