The toiletries provided were also very limited. That said, the staff was super friendly, kind, and helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, I wouldn’t say we had a bad experience, but based on the differences between the pictures and the actual room, as well as the missing jacuzzi, I probably wouldn’t choose this place again.

It’s an okay stay for 2 nights not more than than in my honest opinion. It’s close to LAX airport, Target and bonus Trader’s Joes in back. We didn’t like the open concept of the bathroom.

Bad oder smell from restroom sink when facet in on position. Refrigerator never worked. They said it was fixed came back to the room after, all day at the beach. Our food went bad. After a 3rd a Refrigerator was dropped off at our room 1:30am. Come to findout it was a bad electrical circuit. All of our food we had to toss. Booked 2 standard rooms. Upon check in, was told that Expedia put the rooms as 2 handicap accessible rooms. She said it about 8 times. We told her we did not in fact book that or need that. She said all the rooms were reserved for the volleyball team staying. So we were put on the first floor accessible in the middle of the team. So basically up slamming doors and screaming until 3am. We spoke to the manager and he said take it or leave it. If you don’t like the room, you can leave.

Clean rooms and property, staff excellent breakfasts good effort not to desirable great location if you want to hang out at the 3 close beaches and piers would definitely stay there again

They have charges that are not indicated when making reservations. Parking, room deposits, etc.

It was wonderful. Will stay again.
