The bed too soft , had few issues with the door lock . People with no kids go to adults only !

Room was comfortable and clean, facilities were excellent. The food was good for the most part, with excellent variety across the days we were there. Loukoumades were a particular highlight for all of us! The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Would have liked to be able to use sauna/steam room as part of included facilities rather than this being an extra, but this is a very minor thing.

Nothing.Actually this hotel ruined our holiday.They are far behind to provide good service. The price is not worth at all the service. They scan you and check you everywhere.You feel like in prison Huge area,where you have to climb 10 min. btw your room and restaurant or lobby.If you are handicap or older we do not recommend to use this hotel. NO INTERNET!There was standard connection which was not working at all.You have to PAY 15€/day for premium!I do not even remeber hotel in these days not providing this service Room was nightmare.Not working aircondition,ceiling in bathroom was falling down bcs of dropping watter from aircondition system.There was no one day we have claim something by reception.You have to asking for shower gels,toilets paper etc every time. Router was lighting above your beds so not possible to sleep. Food service HORROR and no worth the money at all.Dining/breakfast room huge and noisy. For each additional service you have to pay e.g. tennis court 15€/h.Court was dreadful old shape. Do NOT consider this place for leisure and relax. At the end we go here only to sleep and take brekfast.Rest of the day we spend outside

Perfect location. Very friendly and helpfull english-speaking staff. Good and clean rooms. Nice live music and terrace. Easy and good car rental. Dimitri at the coffee counter. The food is good, but not that much variation possible. WiFi sometimes good, sometimes not. The gym definitely not good; too small; too old equipment.

Breakfast and all meals on the all inclusive were excellent. For a buffet, there was lots of choice, food was hot, varied, salads were excellent and there is table service for wine and beer included in the A.I. There are two al a carte restaurants that you can eat at and again the standard is excellent. Fun pool bar is excellent also, you can order food there that is freshly made in a beautiful setting, the water slides are fantastic and the bar beside the main pool serves lovely drinks overlooking the sea. In fact, the hotel provides fantastic views of both the mountains and sea. The hotel is set on a steep hillside, but there are little shuttles every minute or two which takes you anywhere you need to get to, and there is a free shuttle to the beach which takes about two minutes WiFi isnt very effective, but you can buy premium wife for 3 euro a day for 2 devices. Nothing not to like, we have already booked for next year.

The staff, super friendly especially the new generation. They know how to communicate and socialize with customers. The lifeguards r heroes there. They keep the slides safe for everybody so everyone can enjoy. They are lifeguards and not babysitters. Sorry it's just something I want to let the people know who are going there in the future. It's already very hard and difficult for them to keep the place safe so no accidents can happen. So please parents watch your children and to the grown up ones please respect the rules so everybody can have fun... Big and small kids and adults. The rooms and the hotel r kept clean by the lovely ladies. I really admire them everyday how they walk those hills and with their cleaning trolley. Some of the old generation of waiters. They r still living in the past and hold on on their old habbits. They only know how to command the hard workers and when there r problems or things to do they try to avoid or deny it. It's time to get an update and get more energetic new staff. The food is tasty and flavorful, just pitty that the chef doesn't work with his heart and mess up the end result. So painful to see the yummy food getting tortured. To produce nice food you need to put your heart and passion in it. And something we have to mention is ofcourse the steep hills. There you really need to find a better solution for it. That's a point you really need to invest in that will make your customers more happy and absolutely wanting to come again. Because it's really something that can make the customers not coming again. The car is a good temporary solution but still its something to think about.

The structure of the hotel was very nice. From the moment we arrived the staff in general had been very kind with us. There was a nice variety of food and good service overall (in terms of cleaning and animators). The attached “slide park” was great fun and the large pool is good also, although sometimes crowded. Some of the evening programs were very nice (e.g. magic show, quiz). There was a frequent minivan shuttle service to a nearby beach, which we did not try. The service (i.e. not the food) in the all-inclusive buffet-style restaurant could be much improved (we did not try the a-la-carte one), it did not reflect a 4 stars hotel. The waiters seemed to be very inexperienced in terms of handing out utensils, collecting plates, placing used water bottles from one table to another, etc. The whole system in the restaurant was a bit weird. The service menu in the bars was very limited and “conservative”: all cocktails were from pre-mixed bottles, so you could not ask for alcohol-free versions. The only four alcohol-free cocktails tasted very artificial from sugary concentrates instead of fresh juices, which was typical for all juices served even for meals. The animator team was doing their best, however the evening programs were not always that entertaining (e.g. karaoke). The “game room” was very disappointing. The two pool tables and air hockey table didn’t work, the table tennis table was in a very bad shape. There was not much else in the game room. The gym was also very disappointing. One of the two treadmills did not work, the number of equipment was very small, and missing some essentials (such as dumbbells or cable machines). The hotel is located next to a busy road, making it rather isolated if you are on foot.

The room was lovely, modern spacious and clean; it was cleaned on a daily basis. There is a good choice of different pools which are all clean. The best part of the hotel is the slides; they were very fun. The food was excellent and there was always a great variety of food everyday; always something different. Most of the staff were really friendly; George was the best waiter. When you arrive at the hotel there is someone who takes your luggage to your room and there is transfers which take you around the complex as it’s very large. The Wi-Fi is awful - I turned mine off and used my data roaming as it was that bad. You have to rent pool towels; think this should be something which should be given to guests for free. The gym was tiny and barely had any equipment - they need dumbbells at the very least. It was impossible to get a sun-bed around the main pool as people would put their towels down from silly o’clock in the morning. The all inclusive stops at 10.30pm so you have to pay for your drinks after that time and the cocktails need improvement. You do not get free bottles of water during the day and the fridge in the hotel room is not replenished. You can only get bottles of water during lunch or dinner in the buffet.

We loved the pools, tried 2 from 3. Although we couldn't use them a lot as they're not heated, and we stayed there begining of October. The room cleaning was good and regular (every day). Overall, the hotel takes the sanitary protocol seriously. There was even a doctor coming every morning that could take your PCR or mesure your blood pressure. There are 2 beaches in a walking distance, however it'll take you at least 15-20 min to get there. To the one in the village you can get by the hotel free shuttle. Nice territory and the view from the upper part of the hotel. The food in the main restaurant was nothing special but good, we always could find smth to eat. The Greek restaurant of the hotel serves tasty food with nice presentation. There is a small shop in the hotel + 2 other ones near by with the essential things + a bit of souvenirs. Enough if you want to make a sandwich, buy yogurs, wine or some last minute souvenirs. As it's normal for these kind of shops, they're a bit pricy. There is a bus stop just by the hotel entrance if you want explore the island. Special thanks to the reservation team of the hotel ! :) There is no map anywhere. I suppose that before they gave it to you during the check-in. But now because of the covid, they put useful info to their app (and it's good), but they forgot to put the map... And the hotel is big, has many facilities, some activities in different places. So, you're obliged to ask these kind of questions on the reception. The receptionists seemed a bit lost sometimes (language?), but helpful, so, we managed to get all info needed. The hotel is a bit far away from the beach but we knew this when we booked the hotel. There was no need for us to go to the animation, we heard everything in the room :)), while we were not next to the main pool but on the next line from it. However, from the point of view of the mobility it's very good position, and still you hear less comparing with the rooms just near the pool. The desserts in the main restaurant. Most of them were not good as per our taste. The hotel has rooms quite high on the hill. Was not an issue for us, and there is a hotel shuttle that can get you there. But can be a pb for somebody, so mentioning it here.

For the price it was fine. The room was big and clean, but absolutely no atmosphere. Not a plant or anything else for cozyness. The hotel was like that. Its fine and ok and clean, but no atmosphere. Guess the price reflects that. The pool was great. The waterpark was great for the kids. Big buffet of food, but the quality was not good. Cheap ingredients. Made to fill up the stomach, not for pleasure. The use of plastic was painful to see. Everywhere use of plastic to be thrown out after 1 time use. Seriously a waste and not the right signal in these times. No atmosphere anywhere at the hotel.

Spacious grounds, numerous points for food and drink, we were all inclusive. Three pools and a slide park to choose from. There was a transfer vehicle available to take you up the hill as the hotel is spaced out over a fairly steep hillside. The accommodations are only three stores and the blocks are spaced out so you don’t feel closed in. The hotel manages its COVID regulations well with plenty of cleaning especially out door area’s. Nothing really apart from some of the steps if you are getting on in years.
