Words cannot describe the satisfaction and comfort we have experienced during our stay. Most importantly, the staff. Every single one of them was very helpful and cordial and always with a smile on their face, making you feel welcomed and that their mission is your comfort. Absolutely wonderful experience. We have been at Nana Princess at June 26, the staff is amazing very kindly. We got a filling that they always want to serve and give us all the best for our requests The food is delicious especially at the meat restaurant All the area of the hotel is clean and the room is very clean We got a wonderful vacation and I’m sure we going to be back again Thank you all, team of Nana it was pleasure to meet you and stay with you for this five fantastic days Nothing!!! Joanna and her team were an absolute delight. Yes, the property itself is incredible, rooms immaculate, food delicious (that breakfast!) … but it is the staff who made our vacation what it was. There was no request too small or too large for them. Any of these requests (or questions or issues, which were hard to come by), were immediately responded to and handled with the utmost kindness and care. You’ll feel like you’re the only person at the resort, invisibly supported by a team that is constantly at your disposal for anything you might wish. I’d recommend this property to anyone who is able to visit. Thank you again, Joanna and crew, for all you did and for how special you made us feel!

Perfect Nothing

The private beach was perfect, super comfortable and every meal breakfast and dinner was outstanding. Truly unforgettable stay.

The property was stunning, everything was clean and the resort amenities were exceptional. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food options were good! It was a little hard to get into the small town next to the resort. You either have a car called which can add up or a 45 minute walk.

Modern, new, clean, luxary Could be great if there were more options for lunch and dinner (currently 2 restaurants)

Everything was 10/10. Breakfast, dinner, the beach, the pool, the service.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a good base for exploring the area. The dining options could be improved—I was hoping for a more refined or diverse restaurant experience. Also, while the beach is scenic, it’s not ideal for swimming due to the rocky shore.

The breathtaking sea views, the elegant architecture of the buildings, pools, and restaurants, the spacious and impeccably clean rooms, and the outstanding breakfast — everything was beyond our highest hopes. ? Hospitality at the Nana Princess was exceptional. Even before we arrived the Reservation Team and Concierge desk reached out to us to arrange airport transfers and assist with dinner reservations and tours. Check in was smooth and quick. Everyone from guest services, to housekeeping and even buggy drivers were warm, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate requests. We stayed there 7 days and there wasn’t a single request that wasn’t accommodated. The rooms were very comfortable. The view is spectacular. I wish there were more lunch options on the property

From the moment we arrived at Nana Princess, everything was perfect. The attention to detail, the stunning design of the resort, and the warm, personalized service made this one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had. The private pool was a dream, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything remained spotless throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing spa. The facilities were beautiful, calm, and luxurious. We had several treatments and enjoyed each one immensely—especially the facial, which was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. It truly added a deep sense of pampering and rejuvenation to our vacation. But what truly elevated the experience was the incredible service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I want to give special thanks to Ioanna, the Guest Relations Officer , who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was thoughtful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm smile and helpful attitude added such a personal touch—we truly felt at home thanks to her. The restaurants served delicious food with a wide variety of options. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, and the service was consistently impeccable. Whether it was relaxing at the spa, enjoying the beach, or simply lounging in our suite, everything about Nana Princess was flawless. If you’re looking for a luxurious, serene, and truly hospitable escape in Crete, this is the place. We can’t wait to return! We had such a great time at Nana Princess! From the moment we arrived, everyone was super kind and welcoming. Big thanks to Christina at reception — even though she looked really busy, she still took the time to give us a tour. She also spoke fluent Italian. The beach is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent, and we especially loved the fish dishes — the sushi was amazing! We’re not vegan, but the vegan breakfast options were seriously impressive - musli with spirulina, matcha, goji berries. So fresh and tasty, even if you’re not plant-based. All in all, a fantastic resort with great food, beautiful views, and lovely people. We’d definitely come back! Nothing

A beautiful resort with terrific facilities. Our room was large with a plunge pool and views of the sea. The beach club and spa were amazing. The breakfasts and restaurants were tremendous. The staff were outstanding in all areas of the hotel.
