Pollis Hotel

The hotel is located in a central area. The rooms are very clean. The reception service is wonderful, especially thanks to the lovely Maria. We truly enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Sometimes there was no hot water. Just warm.

The location was good and the staff were really friendly The beds extremely hard and uncomfortable, the air con was difficult to navigate ( no instructions). Poor housekeeping: Not shower mat Beds not spread or changed Kettle in bad location (directly under the tv, and was faulty)

There is a balcony, the hotel room was clean and comfortable, there is a fridge with some cold water, AC works fine. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was great Did not notice major issues

Very clean and staff were nice. Pool area was very good. Beer wasn’t great but apart from that all good.

All the hotel service staff was amazing, the food is very good,the room is very clean and atmosphere is very comfortable , the pool area it's so beautiful We didn't like the drink in the pool

- close location to the sea - nice helpfull staff - good value for the money. - we didn't have our towels changed in 6 nights stay. We found the room widely open one day, but funny enough, no cleaning was made. Nothing was stolen fortunately. - shower was not working properly. - only 1 small pool

The staff goes above and beyond to welcome you and fulfill your needs. The kindest staff, we cannot thank them enough! The room was nice, luminous and clean - it was cleaned daily. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, which we appreciate a lot. The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices. The interior courtyard and the pool area is nicely decorated, you can notice the attention to details. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean, helpful & great location I wasn’t a fan of the food, it was always the same so ended up eating out 6 out of the 7 nights, but that’s my personal preference

A smelly room, not enough towels, the towels with a hole, a torn foot towel, we found a toothpick in the bed from the previous guest, the refrigerator is noisy, a leak in the toilet that wets the floor, very disappointing.

Reception flor They shifted us to other hotel,telling that it will be better. Reason was,no electricity,but,only in room i was booking. Hotel they booked was for sure lot cheaper

The staff was great, food was really good, location is perfect as there are many beaches in the area (some of them are small ones, but more private!). Great stay for families, as there were many in the hotel, but also for a group of younger people, mainly becaus of the proximity to the night bars and clubs! The only “problem” was with the towels, they were not being changed by the cleaning lady, but even she was very Nice and when we asked her for NEW ones, she gave them to us right away!

Rooms were nice and great location. Air conditioning did not work. for all inclusive you could only have, beer, wine and Raki and watered down soft drinks, everything else was payable! Food was very poor, not a lot of choice, cold and was not replenished, once it was gone it’s gone! For a 4 star hotel all inclusive it was bad. would not recommend this hotel based on the food as we had to eat out a lot and we are not fussy eaters!
