Very Clean , prime location 10 minutes walk from city center , private bar at the beach front , the team was welcoming & available for every question & so nice , fresh food , I will return for sure :) Nothing bad to say

Nice and clean pool area. Friendly staff. Great location for the beach. . The room was noisy, particularly in the mornings when the laundry trucks arrived and the rooftop M&E kicked off (we were on the top floor). Woken every day at 6 was not pleasant. Room design was weird with four poster construction blocking the TV. Cat mess not cleared up on the lawns. Food on occasion was Luke warm.

Cosy room, everything seem new and clean. Was really low activities list, poor region, really small territory.

Good choice of breakfast, excellent location. A little noisy early in the morning, (refuse lorry and road sweeper).

Dressing table with mirror and PowerPoints would be the only suggestion to improve room however wasn’t a major issue

the room size the shower in the room it is definitely not a five star hotel, if it was in italy probably a 3-star hotel the building is old and there is no air conditioning inside, they just renovated the rooms but we had an old building in front of the terrace, not a real sea side view as they sell it we got the all inclusive and food was terrible, we ate out at restaurants… breakfast was terrible the drinks included (obviously the most basic ones, no negroni, americano etc..) were terrible too the guy at the bar in the swimming pool full of rage and stupid jokes when you asked something in the swimming pool there wasn’t a shower before dive in…unbelievable

Parking Location This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. For me it's such a weak 4 star. It reminds me of such Egyptian hotels. Old equipment, big noise. Uncomfortable beds, which were moving and banging on the walls ( even without night exercise :-) ) and from the surrounding rooms it was disturbing at night. Not a very large selection of food and average quality of drinks.

The location it was close to the night life The hotel was not like the photos. I do not understand how this hotel is 5 starts, it should be 3 MAXIMUM. The hotel reeked with a gas smell especially the elevators. Our AC in the room did not work at all, we would put it on 18° and the room would still be hot even when the balcony door was closed which it always was. The rooms were dirty the hotel was very old and dirty. We did not like our stay and do not recommend, it definitely needs a big renovation. Also it’s an ‘all inclusive’ hotel but water is not included? Does not make sense.

Overall service is excellent. My number is spacious and comfortable, the sea is close, restaurant offers good food every day and bars offer lots of drinks. Price is moderate for the service. In my shower something was not 100% right and a pool of water left in the center of shower room despite I used to close the partition thoroughly. Internet was not very fast and connection used to break from time to Timor.

Common areas (restaurant, reception, corridors) are outdated - definitely need refurbishment. Certainly not a 5* hotel. Small pool, not enough sunbeds (people were reserving sunbeds from early morning; I go for holidays to relax not to set alarm to find a spot to sit). Food average. Beach close to the hotel average. Lots of old buildings around, not a great surroundings. Except from the port nearby with lots of bars, restaurants. If I didn’t rent a car to drive around the island I wouldn’t be satisfied with the area at all.

Good location. Enjoyed the buffet themed nights. Two large swimming pools. Value for money paid. Hotel not soundproof. Cocktails not great, barman by first pool not friendly.
