Enorme Infinity Beach ex Infinity Blue

This was the first time in my life that I walked into a hotel room and found absolutely nothing. There were no dental and first amenity kits. I asked the manager to provide the missing amenities, but the only thing we received was a pair of slippers. The TV wasn’t even a Smart TV. It was only after I complained and explained how disappointed I was that a technician came and connected a device to make it work as a Smart TV. I have honestly never experienced such poor service at a hotel before. If you don’t want your vacation in Greece—especially in Crete—to be disappointing, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The refrigerator in the room was completely empty. In most hotels, the minibar is at least stocked with drinks and snacks, even if they come at an extra charge. Here, it was completely empty. Another major disappointment was the breakfast. We stayed for six days, and the menu never changed. Every single morning it was exactly the same, and the food was not tasty.

friendly staff good scenery and amazing vibe about the place I brought the room with the jacuzzi and the water wasn’t the cleanest as it had some green bits to it and the food choices weren’t the greatest too

Staff was friendly and helpfull.?? Breakfast ? ? delicious. Your every wish will be granted so smoothly. Beach is so nice and quite big than it was in the pictures.

Very friendly, welcoming and professional service from all the staff from front desk to room cleaners - all smiling and helpful. It was just at a very quiet period so that whole area was extremely quiet after 9pm with hardly many souls around. Nothing to do with the property

Location Noises at night

The view and location! Couldn’t be better!! Waitstaff in food service were all excellent and personable! The bed sheets were awful! The bottom sheets are not fitted and they kept coming off all night and I was tangled up in my bottom sheets! Also comforters were not in the best shape either!

Location is good, next to the beach and close to other cites in order to discover the island by car. Staff was nice. We were in annex building that is directly on the street and very noisy due to the road and all the cars. Moreover, the room was not sound proof at all and we could hear every morning the cleaning team as well as other room nearby. The facilities were very poor : swimming pool is very small while pictures made it look huge. The gym was limited with old machines and accessories. There is no space to just enjoy in the garden or lobby, everything is very crowded. We came in order to have relaxing time at the hotel and were very disappointed by it. The buffet was correct but missing variety. I wouldn’t considerate this hotel 4 stars and wouldn’t recommend it if it’s to enjoy the time inside the hotel.

The room size, view was very good. There was everything you need for comfortably organized stay, good size beds, closet, iron, tea and coffee plus good size balcony with chairs and table. The pool and pool side is very well organized, Breakfast and dinner tasty with adequate choice. The only negative thing about this hotel is the beach. It is rocky and even with special shoes difficult. We used the nearby hotel beach (10 minutes walk), but when we wanted to pay for sun-beds and umbrella they refused as it was only for their hotel guests. so if you want to spend time on the beach the only option is pay for infinity blue beach equipment and walk to other hotel beach.

This hotel was great. The location was good, my room was super clean, and the staff were friendly. I had breakfast and dinner, and the food was very good. The Wi-Fi worked well. I enjoyed my stay and would come back All was great

I Had a wonderful stay, Lia was amazing—she helped us with everything we needed during our stay in room 251, from check-in to recommendations for local spots. The room was perfect, and the location couldn’t be better. Will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Lia for making our stay so smooth!

The beach here is very rocky when you first enter the water and my wife and I both got scraped a few times. This is obviously outside the hotel's control, though, but something to keep in mind if you plan on swimming. It becomes pleasant and sandy once you swim out far enough.

The swimming pool was nice and welcoming. At Breakfast and also at dinner there was lot of variety and good food. nice and clean rooms and we got an upgraded room. Good Hotel but doesn't worth excessive cost of 250 Euros (or more) per night. I didn't like few things : first, when you check in they tell you that you get 10 minutes massage for free. That isn't true. You get the 10 minutes only if you purchase 50 minutes ... and then you get 60 minutes, or they reduced a bit the price (85 Euros) of 50 minutes. I am saying : don't say free for something which is not free. Swimming pool towels are charged 2 euros each. even for the first time. Lucky that Hotel don't charge for bath towels. Maybe they should. good idea for the Hotel to think about it. I'm sure that guests will love the idea ! Staff - place to improve. The "Spa" - is outside with curtains. without AC. in case you want to get Massage.

Nothing Rooms, cleanness, food, access to the beach how was promise basically everything accept very kind and helpful staf.
