Fedra apartments can work as self service apartments , however there is everyday service from our staff. In our communal space you can find coffee and coffee dips or cakes all day long as well as a comfortable place to spend your day next to the pool(the towers for the pool are provided by us) play PS4 in common area or you could barbecue in our specialized area. The washing machine and the dryer are in your disposal whenever you need them. Our main concern is for you to feel comfortable and as hospitably as you can. If you want to rent an apartment for several days you can send us a request so we can make the final price. We are also providing boats for rent. Do not book this accommodation, The cleaning lady steals money, €1100 disappeared from our room, We caught the cleaning lady looking through things in the room several times, As soon as we wrote a complaint about the missing money, the owner attacked us, reporting our details to the police with false accusations, I do not recommend, Scam

Everything was perfect!

Very dirty and unclean and the staff are completely disrespectful. I paid for a whole week and only stayed one night. I couldn't stand the filth and the smell.

The location is great and so are the facilities offered. The rooms are big, cleaned every day, the pool are ok and the staff very friendly and helpful. Needs renovation inside the rooms but for that price it's value for money

Very helpful host and staff Good location Easy access to the sea and restaurants Very good AC in the rooms. Internet speed was slower than I expected. Booking.com was promising high speed internet. However, internet speed provided was between 5-11MB range. (adding it here for people who would like to work remotely)

Apartment for 4 people had more than enough space. Extra blankets, linen, towels were available. Air conditioning works. Swimming pool was good and extra towels next to it were welcome. Shared kitchen / eating area next the pool was nice, too. Hotel is 3 minute leisurely walking to the beach, which is also great. Hotel stuff was kind to offer us early check in. In general, hotels appears to have been great 10 years ago, but now needs maintenance. Kitchen lacks a cooking pot and the single frying pen looked rusty enough to be unusable. Room doors don't lock well (but entrance door works fine), especially the bathroom. When taking shower, water went through the shower drainage and then re-appears from the overall bathroom drainage. For one person, it's a not a a deal breaker, since excess water eventually drains, but this could be problematic with many people.

Everything is great, this is not the first time I have stayed in these apartments. Good location, everything is nearby: the sea, supermarkets, stop to Heraklion. very white linen. I was pleased with the large plate of fruit. thank you, everything is ok, I will come again

We stayed at FEDRA apartments and I was impressed.Not only for how comfortable and clean it was but also for the breakfast that was offered for free… even though the breakfast isn't mentioned in booking facilities I ate one of the best handmade cake I've ever eaten in my life. Also hot coffee anytime in the day we wanted... Excellent thought

The price was unbeatable special offer 33€ and a wonderful apartment. Modern, very clean,uncomplicated check in although the reception was not occupied Good location everything in walking distance. We met manolis when we set off and the lady at the reception..very friendly..if I could I would give 12 out of 10 points. Thank you και καλή σεζόν να εχετε
