What a great place for a relaxing holiday! Such friendly staff ? we went in September and there was lots of space around the pool. Food was great! We booked a Suite with a plunge pool. It wasn’t clear that the pool was almost on the street outside the hotel. There was a fence with bushes which helped. Also there was no cover we could put over it so filled with bugs and leaves

Pros: clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, walking distance from the beach, there're lots of supermarkets, restaurants, etc near the hotel, iron/ironing board in the room, wide variety for breakfast and dinner and coffee/tea in the room. Cons: there was a power outage during our stay (it thankfully lasted for about 1 hour). The gym facilities were very poor. In all honesty I wouldn't even call that a gym. There were only a few dumbbells. The heaviest ones were 5 KG. There was also no equipment to lift heavy weights (like a barbell with weights to do squats for example). There're two treadmills, but neither of them worked. The parking situation also wasn't ideal. The parking is free, but it's general parking and not assigned parking for the hotel, which wasn't ideal because the hotel is in a busy area. So, you have to look for parking around the hotel. A few times we had to make several rounds around the hotel to find parking. The beach near the hotel isn't the best because there're lots of huge rocks covered in moss in the water. So, I would advise you to buy/bring your aqua shoes if you're looking into staying at this hotel. Lastly, if you're looking into visiting Elafonissi or Balos Beach during your stay in Crete, I would advise you to stay in another city in Crete because both locations are about 3,5 hours away from the hotel, by car, and Chania is about 2,5 hours away from the hotel. Unless you don't mind driving for hours, that is.

The swimming pool is great, the workers of the reception are great they help a-lot. The rooms were cleaned good everyday. The location is quiet maybe because we were on September. -Don’t think the hotel is really 5 stars because it’s hardly 4 stars. -The food was tasteless at the breakfast! The first two days we were shocked of how bad the breakfast was!! Not fresh ,no taste, bad quality of fruits, bad quality of everything actually. Just at the weekend we really enjoyed some breakfast, Maybe because more and more people just arrived to the hotel so the food finally tasted fresher. -If you want to drink at the breakfast espresso/ cappuccino(not the coffee they prepare) you have to pay even though the breakfast is included! -One another thing we didn’t like: we were always ordering food at the swimming pool but u get a very small amount of food. Like the fruits we ordered were not enough for one person!! -boring a little bit most of the people were old maybe because we were on September.

The place was nice and in a good location. The rooms were positioned well, albeit a little tired. The shower leaked leaving the floor wet, but that's my only real negative. We arrived late and the staff weren't as welcoming as we might have hoped. Though they had left sandwiches and drinks in the fridge for us which was very welcome and thoughtful. The taxi the hotel recommended was on the more expensive side (typical hotel transfer prices. He was there waiting and gave us water and was very nice / chatty.

The hotel staff is great. Every requested fulfilled very fast. Our family arrived very early from the airport and the front desk staff arranged a room at 9:00 AM for my daughter and her baby . If you don’t put a towel on a bed near the pool early enough , you can’t get a bed until the afternoon , as all leave the towels and not other free bed with shade.

Close to the beach and a varied breakfast. Good Spa services. We originally booked the room with plunge pool but there is not a pool. You will find a miserable jacuzzi. I was asking details about what plunge pool means but no clear answer so I was unpleased surprised to find a jacuzzi even if on the main page is written that the room has a private pool.

The property was beautiful and just yards away from the beach and the strip of restaurants. It was clean and everybody there was so welcoming and kind. They also entertained their guests by hosting various themed nights.

The hotel is located 40 meters from the beach and at the beginning of Hersonisos corniche a place up to 5 khm full of restaurants bars and shops. The room was perfect spacious with big veranda and modern furnishings. Breakfast was very good with many varieties for everyone. Staff was exceptional friendly and assistive. Overall it was one of the most nice experience we had in Crete. We are sory we missed the gourmet lobster night it was with reservation and when we arrived was already fully booked.

The room was great with fantastic view! Staff was very polite. I would suggest the menus to be on qr code so they are more sustainable.
