The staff was lovely, very nice and helpful. The food was good and there was choice. Loved the breakfast ! The rooms and overall facilities were clean. I personally don’t like too much music after a certain hour, since my room was facing the pool area, with the window open, the music was a little bit loud one night but I’m reaching and it’s a very personal preference.

The staff was great and kind , the room was very nice and comfortable, the location was good very close to the beach The temperature of the pool was very very cold, it doesn’t suit to October whether, the food at a la cart restaurant wasn’t good , it was cold and uncooked .

Guests putting their towels out to reserve pool beds was annoying. I would suggest that the resort encourage against this behaviour. Ensure enough pool towels during the peak season.

This is not full all-inclusive - it's only from 15:00 on the day of check-in to 11:00 on check out day, so basically they remove one lunch from all inclusive The gym is very small and fully occupied in the mornings for such a large hotel No beach, no good road to the beach Hotel is difficult to navigate - the architecture didn't have enough experience

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – 5 Stars! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views and every luxury you could ask for. The amenities were top-notch – from the serene spa and modern gym to the stunning pool area and delicious on-site restaurants. Breakfast offered an amazing variety of high-quality options I would like to mention a few members of the staff Megi, Ioanna, Alkioni, Zoi and Panos! Thank you!

The hotel as soon as you arrive, (we arrived at night), looks stunning, beautiful lighting and fountains. The reception lounge is stunning with very comfortable sofas. The staff were very welcoming, Alex who took us to our room was wonderful and had a great sense of humor. Alex showed us around of room which was 1102, Sanctuary Suite with Private Pool. The suite was beautiful decor wise and also very very clean and the bed very comfortable. Our daughter slept on the bed in the lounge and also said this was very comfortable. The shower was outstanding and a welcome feature on our arrival after a long journey. The patio and private pool area furnished well with very comfortable sun loungers, although for a room that can take four people a couple more beds would not go a miss. The pool is in the sun all day in this room so is a lovely temperature. The food was very good and service in the restaurant was very good with quick drinks service and friendly helpful staff who work so hard. We didn't really use the main pool area, but did go and sit at the pool bar which was again beautiful and very comfortable seating. We arrived at 21:32 so a few minutes after restaurant supposed to close but they phoned through and we were provided with a meal on arrival. The lady who cleaned our room was wonderful and always did a great job. We were all-inclusive and had paid for the most expensive room in the hotel. We only stay in 5star establishments and I am sorry to say the resort did not hit every note of a 5star hotel. Now at this hotel all-inclusive it really isn't in regards to the quality of the food when you try the food that is not in the all-inclusive and you have to pay extra for. The food you pay extra for is much better quality which I found very frustrating, the hotel of a 5star standard should be the same through out. Room service of drinks was extra as was food. Our room was far from the pool bar so going to the bar is a chore, the fridge in the room, baring in mind there was 3 of us was refilled with 3 soft drinks, a beer and a very small wine. So a trip to the bar was necessary. Drinks service to rooms such as ours should be free due to the distance to the bar. Phoning through for room service not answered or rang and rang for ages, room service can take 45 mins. Could not book late check out until the day before due to leave. They advised us we could not have the room as it was not available and would have to vacate at 11am, and wait 7 hours in the lobby or by the pool or at the bar until we left. Showers available as is luggage storage, but I found this not to be of service of other establishments we have stayed in. Unfortunately Friday I became unwell with a sick bug and my husband had to ask if we could have another room so the day of departure as I was quite poorly. Magically we could keep our room until 4pm, although grateful for this, it shows we could have had the room any way when we had asked earlier. We did have to pay an extra 90euros for this. By the end of the week the food had become the same, please be aware of this if you are there for two weeks. Value for money this hotel fails and we will not be returning. 4 Star service definitely not 5star.

Lovely property, modern, clean, well maintained.Decent gym, beautiful pool area. The majority of staff members are extremely helpful and kind but others almost seem annoyed if you have questions.

Breakfast was very good, but the welcoming, politeness, friendliness and assistance of the staff are the best, from another dimension

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Property and facilities are brand new It was clean and well kept. Food was a let down, not a very good selection or variety each day. Couples using their own speakers by the pool and smoking weed around the pool where there are kids.

    Superb

  • Engine customer Nov 2023

The hotel was immaculate, bedrooms all seemed spacious with comfy beds. I particularly liked the room with its private pool, all of the facilities were modern & well thought out. The health suite smelt beautiful & the staff were very good at welcoming you & making you relaxed with a variety of treatments. The hotels customer service representative would always do what she said, nothing was ever a problem. That being said the entire hotel team were super friendly. One other thing to point out is that the hotel is child friendly, & for a hotel of this calibre it is quite rare! Being super critical (really not a problem); I personally didn’t like the coffee served at breakfast & I felt there maybe could have been 1 or 2 more staff working at breakfast.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and modern. We had a hot tub and outdoor seating area. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great facilities, the Spa was amazing. Food wasn't the best but not too bad.

It was lovely! faculties we’re great and staff were really nice! It would have been good to have a little more information about what was included in the stay. We were told that the spa was run wellness centre was ran independently but we weren’t told that the pool, steam room & sauna were all included in our room bookings

    Perfect, clean, radiant

There's plenty to shout about, spacious room, buffet offerings were great, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. In particular, I was impressed by the poolside Sax entertainment, especially as he took requests. The poolside watermelon was also a hit too! Lastly, I ended my trip with a spa experience that didn't let me down. Just what I needed before the new season. Lunch finishes too early.
