Great property with great sea views. Easy access to restaurants, activities and bars around the city. Lovely place.

Room was very old, bathroom needs urgent repair and innovation, was very uncomfortable! Shower damaged and shower room without door, water was leaking from the shower room on the floor.

The staff were excellent and friendly. They were so considerate towards my toddler who feel ill during out trip. The meals were so tasty and healthy. My toddler kept dancing at meal times. They staff made us feel very welcomed The bathrooms could use an upgrade. The shower head and taps were worn out

Kind and warm welcoming by Areg. Excellent service. A large room with comfy beds and a big terrace. Abundant food every day. A street to the promenade. 15-20 minutes walk to Star beach. Close to KTEL bus stops to/from the airport. Happy to share screencast on Samsung smart tv in the room. None

It was tremendous. Not only that, but the facillity was beautifully designed. Everything from the starters to the deserts was well crafted and seriously delicious. The room we stayed in was older but really well kept and quiet. It seems like the whole hotel is being rebuilt from the inside so this paragraph will just be a statement from the past when you visit in the future. The staff are really friendly and well mannered. They always lent a hand with tips on where to go, calling a cab etc. The location is perfect, situated on the main street and close to the beaches. As a whole, the experience was quite pleasant for the money we paid. Nothing serious but at some point the restaurant gets crowded with people and some tables are hard to find. In their place I would add more tables.

The staff were hard working and very polite. The food was good The rooms were small and dated, the bathroom smelled that bad we had to keep the door shut at all times. The air con was shocking, plus there was no air con in the public areas of the hotel. The restaurant was not big enough for how many guests the hotel can house. The pool area is filthy, the pool warm and mouldy. If you are a group of teenagers looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful then this is the place for you!!!

Very good aircondition in the room, excellent customer service, good variety of all inclusice drinks, the food was good and lots of variety to choose from. The common areas were clean and nice to hang around in. The room was clean and had good lighting. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would rec Wifi was often slow or didn’t work and the room’s balcony was small/cramed

The staff are really nice and the food was better than expected, a lot of choice and they did the main space new so it’s really nice there. Some of the client can be very loud … but that’s not a problem of the hotel

Lovely dining area which looks like it had been recently renovated and a good selection of food on offer, free car parking at the back of the hotel, room was spacious, good air conditioning, pool area was a great place to unwind/cool off No shower curtain/screen so it meant water went all over the bathroom floor when showering, a few inconsiderate loud guests obviously just there to abuse the all inclusive who would play their own music at the pool area and act a bit disruptive when others are trying to relax, the cocktails on all inclusive are rather disappointing really just cheap spirit and mixer

I want to praise the waitresses Dimitra and Christina for the excellent service provided during our stay. The position is perfect, in the centre of the town and also very close from some nice beaches. There are supermarkets next to the hotel. The food is extremely good. My suggestion is to travel by public transport, you can reach the hotel using the bus from the airport.
