Bathroom was a bit outdated and our shower didn't work properly, but it was ok.

I had a truly brilliant experience at Thaila Deco Hotel. We arrived very early in the morning, around 4:00 a.m., after a long journey from Ukraine. To our delight, our room was already prepared and waiting for us, which was incredibly important after such a tiring trip. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive our first breakfast for free — such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. As for everything else – we loved it all. Everyone around was always ready to help, and that made our stay truly unforgettable. ❤️

Very nice hotel with a warm friendly atmosphere, a chic location, great food and the best team - from the owners - receptionists - cooks to the cleaners. Many little things, which are very important for a comfortable stay, are thought out and provided to the guests of the hotel - excellent wifi, air conditioning, beach towels, coffee maker and kettle in the room, fridge with freezer, and many other important details. There's a room where you can leave your suitcases, change your clothes, take a shower and go to the beach if you arrive too early. Breakfasts are the freshest, delicious, quality products. Dinner in the neighboring restaurant on a pretty good level, pleasant atmosphere. We had a very good rest and will be happy to come again. We are very grateful and wish the hotel prosperity and good guests!

The hotel is very nice, the owners are friendly and very caring. The location is ideal, everything you need is close by. On the left mountains, right sea. The beach is 2 minutes away. Despite the large amount of entertainment you can hardly hear anything from the street, the sounds are only from the visitors inside. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Cleaning every day, new towels, change of bedding every other day. The food is very tasty, you can always choose something for yourself. Dinner in the restaurant across the street, there is a huge choice always, only drinks have to be paid for separately. All requests were fulfilled and we were assisted in everything at the hotel. Left a very pleasant feeling and we didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable Hotel. Clean rooms, great location, walking distance to several beaches ( around 13-15 min walk to Chrysi Ammos Beach). Breakfast's were delicious with great variety of food to choose from, good coffee ☕ Best part about the hotel was definitely the friendly and super helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located in the center, close to beaches and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the availability of parking was a great bonus. The breakfast offered was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Our stay was great good people own this hotel and care about there hotel. It was clean and the staff was great. I will stay here every time I go to this part of Crete. How clean the place was and the staff are great people.

Exceptional

Staff is amazing! They are very professional and care - ready to help with anything you need. The facilities are clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. Close to all shops, restaurants, bars, clubs. Not so far from the beach, but it's not the best beaches as the hotel in the city center (no problem though if you have a car to find better beach or drive to a village for real Greek food). Can't judge breakfast, as we never made to wake up before it ends. However there are plenty of places to get breakfast and great coffee in the area. Pool is good with nice natural shadows from the trees. Overall very nice stay and it's a super great 3 star hotel for sure! Pool area needs a renovation or at least some cosmetic refreshment. Could be better with a bigger pool. Sound isolation is bad. Would be good to prolong breakfast until 11.00

The toilet seat and bathroom shower were very old. If those two can be changed then no other feedback for improvement.
