Luxury boutique hotel with a bohemian vide. Loved the pool area and the Seaview from our room. Even though we only stayed one night, we would love to come back. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

The bathroom and shower could have been better maintained

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with an amazing ocean view from the villa. The private pool was spotless and well-maintained. Margarita at the reception was absolutely wonderful, always kind and helpful. The staff in general were very polite and available at any time. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the location is excellent. Breakfast could be richer, and the lower floor area would benefit from better lighting

Everyone at the hotel is really friendly and helpful! Our room was great, the pool is really nice and has great views, and we also enjoyed the breakfast which was quite varied.

Location, good food and pool atmosphere. I was hoping they had a shuttle for pick up from the bars.

Exceptional

Lovely boutique hotel, about a 25 minutes ride from Heraklion airport. Amazing, spacious rooms with private pools and ocean views. The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. A lot of shops and taverns near by. It's super quiet and not crowded, we had a blast and will definitely come back. The food options were a little bit lacking, not much choice. Breakfast is ok but dinner wasn't that great. We only ate dinner at the hotel once. The restaurant they have on location is super good (for room service or lunch). Also housekeeping came just once in our 5 nights stay but they will send you anything you ask (more towels, ice, etc.)

Facilities, breakfast and staff. The hotel is too far from everything, dinners were not good. We have been stayed in rooms on top of the kitchen so it was noisy, although explicitly asked for quiet rooms.

Quiet and clean, great view, everything is very beautiful: buildings, whole botanical gardens between them, thoughtfulness in the little details of comfort, excellent cuisine - everything was very tasty for breakfast and dinner, excellent professional staff, ready to help, proximity to the city. We recommend!
