Room was quite spacious. Bed was comfortable. semi separated kitchen area was good. Was right next to the pool and across the road from the beachfront. Several nice places to eat a short walk up the road. fridge seemed old - door shelf cracked and couldn't support 2 water bottles without collapsing. water pressure in the shower could have been better

Only one way in and out with vehicles past reception so had to reverse back into the cat park to allow other cats coming on to property. I could hear rooms next door TV going and when other rooms had a shower lots of water noise going thru pipes.

Spacious room with a proper lounge/couch and a table with two chairs. Not being able to black out the daylight from the entry door. Insufficient cutlery. No power point close to the bed side tables

Staff was very cooperative and good I stayed in many hotels, but unfortunately this was the worst one. The bed was very old, and the bed linen was also worn out and outdated. The bathroom looked like it had not been renovated since the 1990s. The good thing was the staff. They were very professional and corporate. For the staff, I would say 10/10. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay.

Location, proximity to the bay, restaurants and shops. Tv was too small to enjoy the footy.

The staff were accomodating and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. We utilised the laundry roomand the kitchen was adequate. Unfortunately the motel appeared tired and in need of an overhaul. The barking dog over the back fence barked incessently and the children in the apartment block overlooking our room were very noisy. There were areas of dust and we required wipes to clean some areas.

Rhys was the perfect host. He was very friendly and helpful with local information but was a real lifesaver when we realised we couldn't hire a locker anywhere in Hervey Bay to store luggage while we were hiking on K'Gari. Rhys kindly kept them safe for us at no extra charge. Thanks a million!

It was spacious, had comfortable chairs and beds, had good parking. Good air conditioning and wifi. Good pressure in the shower. It was an easy walk to the shops and is located on the beachfront. Very nice.
