Location. Breakfast. Accomodation was smaller than expected.

John is a gem. He bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. He was great at steering us in the right direction to meet our needs at the moment. Breakfast room was well stocked. Our room was smallish but had everything we needed to be comfortable. The house is somewhat dated and our particular room was small The other 3 are larger apparently.

A homely Queenslander has its modernised top half converted into the B&B, which has 4-5 bedrooms with ensuites .. I was given the bridal suite, which also has a spa. A kitchen with well stocked breakfast items allows guests to prepare what they desire., including cooked eggs. I was unwell due to travel and welcomed a day in a comfy bed needing privacy. Noise carries in Queenslanders and it's a cramped space for 5 couples to navigate breakfast. I did partake but did consume some fruit and plenty of raising toast when guests had left.

Very tidy B&B, nice tidy kitchen with a touch of flare. It's very tidy and clean, Our 4 night stay was very enjoyable with all the comforts of home. Very friendly and professional owner of the establishment who has a fantastic personality, is always ready to support and make your stay enjoyable. This is our second stay, and we will definitely stay again. Thank you, John. All good

There was an excellent choice for breakfast and the host also brought some lactose free milk for us. Very attentive host.

Great breakfast options, very quiet and private, walking distance to local cafes, restaurants and the bay. Knowledgable, attentive and helpful host. Great pod coffee maker. One pillow was uncomfortable but this was no problem as there were others to choose from.
