Basically a brand new cabin that was modern and supper clean with a very functional layout Wifi was basically non-existent so no opportunity to work from here without hotspotting from your phone. The location of the park is quite suburban so no outlook or good proximity to facilities

You had to go out of the cabin to go to the bathroom, but everything had good light and you have to use the keys as well to open doors.

The location is great, only a short walk from the beach and esplanade. I brought my bicycle and did lots of rides around Hervey Bay. Cabin was super clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. I sat on the verandah in the morning and evening just to enjoy the surroundings. Loved my stay. I also loved the recycling bay. Everything was fine. Maybe some new pots. They were a bit wobbly.

The air conditioning was great and the unit comfortable. I found the pictures on booking.com misleading as to what a small bungalow looked like because there were other photos of bigger places. Being outside the pool wasn't always quiet but we weren't there most the time so it wasn't a problem and it was closed in the mornings and evenings which allowed for quiet time.

Loved the bell air caravan, loved the outdoor area next to it. Not enough saucepans and frying pans in the camp kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingenia Hervey Bay. The staff were friendly & very helpful. The grounds and facilities were clean with plenty to keep the kids happy and active.

Insect screens need replacing due to holes. The week we were I there it was raining most days, however only 1 dryer in the laundry. There is a washing machine in the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable.
