Food and baths! Nothing

Service here is exceptional. Everyone is so kind and they MAKE sure your stay is pleasant. The on suite onsen was incredible with an amazing view. I loved how they make your bed during your dinner service. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast was amazing too. I guess it’s partially because it’s in the mountains but when I was in the change room to access the public onsen, there was a huge cockroach on the wall.

We enjoyed everything. The breakfast and dinner, private onsen, lunch box and spa. The staff are super nice and professional. None

Excellent location, great onsens (one in the same hotel with great infinity pool like views of the ocean) and the nearby Hokkaido onsen, excellent views of the ocean, great Tepanyaki meals, great facilities like massage chairs and other amenities

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and patient. One of the front desk employees spoke fluent English, making communication seamless. For those less proficient in English, translation apps were readily used. The private hot spring was not located within the main building and required a short car ride to access. It was beautifully situated with a view of the sea. The food offerings were plentiful, and I was provided with a lunch box every day. Overall, it was a delightful stay, though the location was a bit inconvenient as it was only accessible by car, with no pedestrian paths available due to the expressway right outside.

Superb meals: dinner was spectacular both in quality, taste and presentation; for breakfast we tried both Japanese and western styles and both were great. We had a very long and unnecessary correspondence before arriving about some of the guests being vegetarian and it was difficult to get commitment that they will be able to arrange the menu accordingly (although in the hotel description they commit to accommodate special regimes). At the end it was great and also the vegetarian members of the family enjoyed the meals a lot. Similar misunderstanding happened with the youngest (2-year old) member of the family. The hotel doesn't charge for her but kind of ignore her basic needs like a place to sleep and food. After some unpleasant requests everything was arranged at the end Some corners in the room deserved better cleaning.

The property didn’t issue invoice, booking contact them, I still haven’t received any feedback from them, or neither invoice!
