Very clean. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Good restaurant in lobby but did not stay open as late as advertised. Room microwave did not work.
-
Didn't stay long just overnight to sleep.

I've stayed here before. Rooms are nice and clean. Great place to stop in between towns!

The staff was very helpful and worked hard. The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants and hospital.

Highly recommend for pet owners. My dog is very low maintenance and well behaved but is often not welcome in hotels because he is over 50 pounds. Really appreciate that the dog fee is reasonable and that large dogs are welcome. There is also a great spot to walk them at the nearby frisbee golf course. Also check out nearby Lost Coffee! Will definitely stay here again.

Good place and sleep well

Bartender was great There was a water main pipe that burst. We were out of water, could not use toilets for showers. The manager of the hotel did not tell us about the issue until 4 hours after the pipe had burst.

An Asian staff member was rude unsympathetic and uninformed

Front desk staff was lovely and very helpful!

It was clean, well kept up and the staff was nice. Appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Appreciated free parking. We chose this hotel over similar ones because of the micro/fridge and free parking. The bed was rock hard, woke up with an aching back. My husband thought the bed was too firm as well The pool was only partly available because there was a private swim lesson going on, so they put a rope across the pool that restricted us to the shallow end gave us maybe 10 feet. Needless to say we were looking to cool off on a very hot day and just play around. Couldn't swim or anything so we just stayed a few minutes. Just glad I didn't have my grandkids along thinking we had a great entertainment option for them.

It was lovely with a nice cocktail area and restaurant (breakfast additional). Room was large and hotel was just enough off the highway. Very clean and we had the mobility assisted room requested. The bed was a bit too soft for me. There were plenty of lights but only one switch so you had to turn on the lights individually — a little tricky.

On the booking.com site under the questions, it states there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty (looked like someone threw up or had explosive diarrhea). There was mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain rod was hanging on for dear life and not secured. There were ants all over the breakfast area. The floors in the elevator were filthy. The same messes were there both days we stayed. You could feel AND hear the springs in our beds. The mattresses were so worn that they were uneven.

Great stay, remarkably inexpensive for the level of hotel.

The condition of the property was very poor . Bathrooms were so dirty and toilet seat was broken . House keeping services were very disappointing. But the front staff is so amazing . Both of the day and night were super helpful and great attitude.
-
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good coffee/breakfast served. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

Our room was clean but the shower/bathtub didn’t drain so I had to call maintenance. They fixed it somewhat but still took longer to drain than it should haves. The restaurant waiter on Saturday and Sunday was short tempered and seemed put out to be serving us. The gal at the front desk over Saturday and Sunday was very sweet and helpful. The elevators were unbearably hot and so very slow, and I was physically nauseous every time I got on or off.

Clean and quiet room. Front desk staff was helpful
