Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

Housekeeping didn’t come around as scheduled. Had to request them to come get trash and replace towels. Only came by one day in a five night stay. Had no hot water one day. Called front desk and received no help. Told that the maintenance man was gone for the day which was weird because it was right after the normal check in time for the day. WiFi was kinda spotty. Not good for the streaming shows but good for simple searches. Breakfast was good when you could get some items. Sometimes I went 1.5 hours before the end of breakfast and things were low or empty. Had to ask the cook for a bagel from the back and she just handed me the bag like it was my job to refill the bagel stand. A few days the fruit such as the bananas were old/bad.

Quiet room and hotel is in a convenient location for us

I cannot express how amazing our stay was! My husband and I had been camping, and planned to spend 4 nights at another hotel. The other hotel was completely ran down, and we canceled and found this GEM!

Everything was great the room, staff and even the breakfast.

Staff was very nice, let my daughter check in early. Breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down like it is at so many other hotels.

Location The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were horrendous. They all had lost their form and should be thrown out. Lumpy and uncomfortable. Made for an unpleasant stay.

We have stayed at another Residence Inn a couple of years back that was in desperate need of updating and cleaning. I am thankful to say this location was updated and clean. I noticed a small maintenance issue in the bathroom around the shower and a mirror that was missed during the last cleaning. The staff was excellent in every way!

Great hotel and fantastic staff. Nice sized room and good variety with breakfast.

Breakfast wasn’t satisfactory. We had to ask the staff to refill it and she kept saying that it’s finished. Overall property was good and well maintained
