Overall it was a nice place to stay however, they need to pay attention to the basics. The bathroom door did not latch and the sliding door would not stay closed. There were no pillows on the couch in our room and there was obvious dirt on the table and there were no extra rolls of toilet paper to replace the almost empty ones that were there. The room just was not ready for someone to stay. The breakfast was very tasty but the design of it made it very difficult to move around. With the plates, bowls and silverware in cupboards below where the food was prepared made so people were always in the way of someone else. I would stay there again if the simple things were taken care of.

Loved the breakfast and lobby and outdoor sitting areas. Enjoyed the fitness room and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, bed, sheets and linen great Liked everything

The lady that checked me in wasnt friendly. She acted like i was an inconvenience to her because she had to stop chatting w/staff Room had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper no extras. Tues they ran out of food before 8 Staff said they had no more of anything

nothing special, Night shift lady was a saint. The morning shift is something else.

The location comfortable beds . Easy parking . Restaurants within walking distance .The receptionist who checked me in on the 8th July . The Breakfast organizeseation is very badly laid out . All the plates bowels and cutlery are below the food Food partials fall in the Drawers and contaminant the cutlery. The fridge is sitting on the floor and is not easy to access .People who are making different breakfast selection block access to all the plates and bowels . The hot water is never Hot and this is the third year at this accommodation The receptionist when check out on the Saturday would not give my invoice which I had requested and said the the policy was not to issue a invoice as I booked with booking.com . On the Thursday 16 July I spoke with a receptionist who was very polite and helpful this is the receptionist who checked me in to the Hotel on the Wednesday 8th July and took the details on the 16th July for the invoice and said it could be received upon checkout The Saturday receptionist even after showing her my booking on booking.com it says request the invoice from the reception on departure she said that this is all wrong and it is the policy of the Hotel not to issue the invoice This left me very disappointed with the attudie of the receptionist towards my request for a Invoice . I would not book accomadation in this hotel on account of the receptionist with such an unprofessional manner.

Breakfast - Pancakes & fresh fruit would've been good. Eggs and potatoes, no taste. Blueberry sauce, awesome. Big fresh baked cookies in the evening (as has happened in some hotels) would've made it exceptional, but overall, our stay was great.
