I like we had an entire floor only for us. The best thing was the terrace where I spent almost all my mornings. The owner is okay and he helped us with all the things we needed. The option to have a fridge is really mandatory. The location is closed to the beach (max 10 minutes) and store. A good value for the place rented. We didn't receive any cleanup of the room in all 8 nights that we stayed. Maybe we should have needed to ask but...still should be included for long therm.

nice hosts, clean flat, with everything needed good location. constant power-cuts. Hosts may want to invest in a generator.

great and quiet location. very nice owner who helped us with everything we needed. not far from the beach. the apartment has a little kitchen. very clean, good price. We can highly recommend Hansa Villa if you are looking to stay in Hikkaduwa.
