From the moment we arrived we walked through the doors to a gleaming floor the place was spotless . We soon checked in and paid . The room very spacious and light big bed nice clean bedding and towels . Safe in wardrobe bathroom was large lovely finishing shower gel and shampoo.Anything you need or wanted to know they were there to help .I left my bag behind and they contacted me know that they had it . Thank you very much for your help and a wonderful stay at your Hotel . Leaving

Everything perfect but you should the rooms with garden view (seaside) if you want it quiet since the others are on the Main Street.

The hotel was nice and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with a good bathroom, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. The location was pretty good—close to restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for dining and exploring the area. Everything was also clean and well-kept, making it a solid choice for a stay The only downside was that our room faced the street, so it was a little noisy at times.

Good staff, balcony Noisy side of the hotel that I had because of the traffic. Got bed bug bites from there to feets.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the breakfast more than we could eat, the bed comfortable, the room clean and quiet. Nothing.

This property was a 10/10 from every perspective. Beautiful big updated clean rooms, daily cleaning services, amazing plentiful breakfast, amazing host, excelent location, quiet…there’s nothing bad I can say about this place. And I am a bit picky ;) This was the best place we’ve had during our 1 month long travels across Sri Lanka. I loved everything about the stay at this property

Location is perfect. Beach is a 1 minute walk and the best surf break in the area is directly out front. Walk easily to loads of restaurants and shops. Catch a tuk tuk or bus right in the hotels driveway. Room is spacious and has a big balcony. Air conditioning and ceiling fan made for excellently cool sleeps each night. Breakfast is was delicious and plenty of food each morning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable throughout. Arranged airport pick up, helped with all logistics to get around the area and always kept the hotel looking immaculate. I ended up getting injured my first day here, and the owner was extremely helpful in getting me to the local hospital to be taken care of. Absolutely top notch customer service. All that being said, our 3 night stay was extended to 6… No complaints.

No question at all, I really liked this place. So clean and we'll presented. Staff are excellent and most helpful. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was superb. A minor point: No TV in the room.

Owner of this place was very nice to us. He helped us in different situations ( laundry, money exchange, ordering a taxi). Every morning there was a delicious breakfast, so we were never hungry. As for the rooms, they always were clean and fresh. So this hotel is highly recommended by us. -

Standard 3 star accommodation. Basic hotel. No lift at the property, and you have to carry all your luggages to your room

Everything about this place is just amazing. The owner is super nice and always available, the breakfast is delicious with fresh fruits and eggs every morning, and the room is simply super comfortable, with air conditioning, a huge shower, and a nice balcony overlooking the sea. I couldn't recommend this property more! We even ended up staying one more night. Really nothing

Spacious room, hotel close to the beach, nice area in the center, fresh fruit for breakfast and great host. We stayed one night but it would also work for a longer stay. All good

The service was top-notch, everyone is working hard. The house manager/ owner is always at the desk and ready to help. Location is not even a minute walk to the beach where the main surfing is. Road and beach side are both surrounded by shops and restaurants. We both enjoyed our stay!! The only downfall I would say was the sea view room. Since there are properties in front and the building is not that high, you don't really get to have a beautiful view. But it's still ok, I was able to see the waves from our balcony. ?

Great location, very hospital staff and good value for money It was not really freshly renovated and matresses were old but still for the money the value was adequate
