Very nice location to the beach. The host was very nice and gabe some good recommendations and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace. The beds and the whole room felt old and wet and therefore was smelling not good.

The owner was concerned about my well being. Quite friendly and chatty! Overall peaceful space to be in. Felt like I was in the 90s.

Amazing, very quite place It’s pretty close to all things that you need (5-15 min to walk, but you can take tuk-tuk) The beach is almost empty in this side. Host Tony is very pleasant and interesting person. Staff always wanted to help us. Guys even provided special socket adapter for us. Also you can find shampoos and spf sprays on the first floor WiFi could be little better in rooms.

Not far from beach and has nice terrace with sea view. Air conditioning for extra payment, in a hallway and room was running cockroach

Beds were comfy. Showers were hot. Location was a little bit out of town, but that’s why we booked it, only a 10-15min walk along the beach into town. Staff were very helpful. There was a fridge, but it didn’t work. Not really a huge drama.

We were warmly welcomed by Mr Bandula Ranjith on the 1st day who gave us the possibility to choose our room. The guest house has a beautiful, well-tended garden. An enormous pleasure to have greenery! Room on the upper floor overlooks greenery and the corridor leads to a large balcony with sea view. The room was clean and also had an en-suite bathroom. The only negative point was the low pressure coming from the shower ?. On the second day, we got to know Toni (the owner)and his wife Zohreh personally: extremely friendly, very joking and very smiling lovely people! We had the chance and pleasure to get to know them better and were very kindly invited to have breakfast with them. Toni and his wife are very helpful and so warm welcoming ! Our stay in Hikkaduwa was pure bliss! Kind regards from me and Sebastian

There's a nice terrace upstairs and downstairs. The owner is helping with suggestions. The hotel is located a bit far from the centre and there are not many food places or activities around. Also the building is between the road and rails so it gets noisy.

This place is run by some very lovely people. The room itself was just lovely, just no hot water and a little weak internet. But it's quite comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature. The location is a bit far from town by walking but there are tuk tuks and a bike rental shop just steps away.
