The place was neat, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast had varieties to choose from, would be glad if they stocked the fridge in the room with at least two bottles of water for guests

The room was clean. However, the sofa sleeper in the king room was extremely uncomfortable.

Overall a good stay! Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Ample parking. The indoor pool is very cold though! The staff for breakfast were very helpful!

Very convenient and great facilities. The location was great, easy to get around the city with ample options for dining and shopping. The staff was very helpful too, helping me print out some documents. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Columbus.

It has a very small pool and area surrounding pool, also there is no hot tub. If you those things are important to you, pick a different place. That's the only negative.

Location was great for our stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants. Most staff were friendly. Overpriced but the cheapest in the area.

Location The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, maint guy came and got it working this was at 3:00. Then between then and 4:30 our smoke alarm went off 2 x they dismantled it. Air conditioner broke again at 9 pm we gave up

Rooms and Bedding were clean Breakfast was not great. Eggs were liquidy, fruit was unripe and juice machine wasn’t working correctly. Bathroom outside lobby was gross. Car alarm went off at 7:00 and lasted forever and woke up the whole family.
