Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Hilliard

We had a family emergency and contacted Expedia to cancel our two rooms. Expedia contacted your hotel and our request was denied. So in addition to dealing with a family emergency we are now paying $300 for two rooms we were not able to use. Can we at least get a credit for a future stay.

The breakfast selection was not that varied.

The rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, breakfast was average, but good.

Place was adequate for an overnight stay.

I have traveled a lot over the years and this was one of the largest rooms for the price. It was spacious and offered all the amenities we needed.

Pool area only had 5 chairs. Sheets in room window was shredded and breakfast was lackluster.

Our room was showing some age. The curtains were ripped and the bathroom door rubbed the floor at a certain point. This door also showed some rust at the bottom.

Hotel was clean and the staff was polite

Breakfast was delicious and ice was cold.

bath tub was slippery.

Great location. Entrance a little confusing

Location was good. Close to everything. We are planning a wedding and will a a lot of out of town guest staying so we wanted to see how this hotel was compared to the others around it . The customer service at the front desk was the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. She cussed at us, and she cussed at the phone called she answered while she was taking care of us.
