Very good for a solo traveler like me. In a good location near restaurants, shops, etc. and very quiet. The suite was exceptionally clean, apart from some stains on the floor and walls. There were sufficient electrical outlets and a refrigerator/freezer that was larger than some at this price level. The bed was very firm (but I managed to sleep well on it). No coffee maker in the room (but plenty of coffee in the lobby). The bathtub had an old, degraded patch on the side wall and there were some other spots in the suite that could have used some repair or deep cleaning. The shower head was too low - however, there was a hand rail and the basin wasn't slippery.

Staff was super nice Smelled musty and badly of smoke in our first room. We moved rooms and it smelled worse.

The man at the front desk was friendly and polite. Fast easy check in and allowed us to check in a little early. For starters I paid for the room with one queen bed and got a room with 2 full beds in it..The air conditioning didn't work in our room.. When we had arrived it was hot in there.. We Figured they had just turned the ac on in the room so we weren't worried about it.. we arrived back from the concert after midnight and it was just as hot in the room as it was when we left. We were sunburnt and just ready to be in the AC. So we were disappointed but by that point we were just so tired and we don't like to complain much about things. But it was unruly hot in the room all night

Easy to get to with spacious rooms. Room was not the cleanest- there was hair in the shower and they are very dated.
