Our room was great and we loved the bathtub in the private courtyard. We'd stated it was our anniversary and they'd left a card for us and a 'happy anniversary' banner in the room which was a great, personal touch! We also thought the breakfast offered the best breakfast options we've seen at a hotel!

Everywhere decorated to good standard, room was massive and great value for money, food superb, golf a great idea and all staff bar one were amazing. Really unfriendly and rude staff member at reception when we checked in; she ignored us for a good ten minutes whilst on phone not even saying be with you as soon as I can and then when we went back out for bags as we walked back in she shouted at us where did we think we were going when she had checked us in fifteen mins earlier!

The room was lovely, loved the terrace and the big bathroom the dartboard in the room terrace was a bonus lovely seating area and outside bath! Loved the shuttle board game on the entrance to the rooms we played it every time we passed

I stayed here the wkend for a wedding, My chalet room, was unique, had everything I needed, coffee machine, a robe, slippers etc.. my bed was the most comfortable ive ever stayed in and although, I bring my own pillows always, I could have used theirs, they were just like mine. All of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, in fact as I was about to leave I had a completely flat tyre, one of the staff saw this when passing and fetched a male staff from reception to help another guest to change my wheel to the spare and told me the name and address of an auto centre to get a new one… this to me is above and beyond and can’t thank that wonderful young man enough. 10/10 to the Ffolkes’ for customer service. I had an amazing stay and even ventured into the outdoor bath. The breakfasts were amazing too as was the food at all times. Nothing, it was all perfect for me.

Everything was perfect; all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room and hotel was lovely and the food was fantastic. I stayed one night for work and would certainly return. The room and facilities were very comfortable with all the details considered.
