Beach House Resort Hilton Head

You could hear through the walls every time the toilets flushed or when showers were being used. I personally didn’t like that so I checked out early.

Beach house was awesome, clean safe m the beach was nice

The guest services were very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Although we stayed on 1st floor with no beach view, our room was just right down the hall and just a few steps out and we were on the beach. The rooms were nice and clean. We had plenty of room for 4 of us . The pool and the tiki hut were very nice and clean as well. We really enjoyed the live music everyday. Everything we needed was on the property and Coligny park shops were in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again !!!!!!

The location is great/ staff was good & on site facilities/food was great. The main con was the plumbing. There was very little hot water & the plumbing was so weak the shower wouldn’t drain & the toilets took multiple flushes- which makes for a gross bathroom. Otherwise the bed was comfortable & the room was decently clean (it’s on the beach so I expected sand in various places throughout the hotel).

Poolside staff was great

The room was nicely decorate and the pool area was beautiful. . It is an older building and with that comes poor water pressure in the shower and not much in the way of noise reduction. You can hear every conversation in the hallway and dogs barking.

Great location. Very very noisy hotel. From cleaning staff to other vacationeers from the busted ice machine down the hall people were pounding on. Very nice room however very dimly lite.

Great Location Tiki bar

I love this resort! I stayed here twice this summer. The pool area is so enjoyable, the beach is just steps from the rooms, and the staff are so kind! I have met many nice guests who were also staying at the resort. It’s great! The rooms are dated and can be moist.

Dirty rooms and bathroom. Towels dirty. We had to change our room. Also says Pet Friendly however they do not offer your dog any treat when checking in like other Pet Friendly hotels nor do they sell dog food or have a pet bed in the room or any amenities for the pet after you pay a 75.00 fee on top of the over rated rate for this hotel that advertises a 4 star it should not be a 1 star!!

My only issue was there was no hot water to on our first night there.

The amenities and location. Our room has rust on the shower bars and floor coming up in bathroom. Rusted chair and rust on the floors where the chair stained the floor.

The tiki hut was nice and had decent food . Drinks were good. Old and in desperate need of remodeling. The hallways were musty smelling and dark with old paint. The rooms had out of date decor, no blankets, extremely loud. House keeping only brought towels and did no bed making.
